the 415 is probably my next driver, I don't need a 460 head so I would like some feedback as well on the 415, is it solid? is it long? how does it sound? how does it feel? I would like the answer to some of those questions if someone knows thanks
  2. those are a work of art, Mizuno has always made wonderful irons
  3. the 9.5 version of this driver comes with a .5 degree open for the better player, it looks really good from what I can tell does anyone know anything about this driver and has anyone hit a Crews driver before? thanks for your help
  4. thanks for the replies, I think I have eye on a 430P from TourStage, I will consider some of the other selections if I'm unable to obtain the 430P head
  5. I say Japanese heads only because I already have access to anything on the US Market at anytime, the reason I come to TSG is to get things I can't normally get and we all know that Chris is the man for that type of thing, so here is what I'm after the Driver must at least sit square to slightly open (I generally like about 1.5 degrees open), but I can settle for square if need be I don't want something that launches the ball too high as I like to hit a nice mid piercing ball flight that will roll out here in Texas on the firm ground tell me what each of you would recommend and why as far as appearance, feel, performance, etc. lets hear it guys
  6. 15. Fourteen MT-28 V3 - 56/12 that is one that looks the best at address in my opinion, I could certainly play that one
  7. I like black wedges myself, I also like a more square looking toe, a milled face is always a plus and it must have aggresive grooves, I hope that helps
  8. what is the loft on that wedge? sorry, I had to say that it is a great looking wedge by the way
  9. bro, if you have trouble spinning the ball too much and hooking it, then you have the best head in golf, there isn't a driver out there better suited for those particular needs than the XL Tour head, when you get the Axiv I sent you, just stick that anti hook shaft in there and you will have a weapon, that Axiv is hard to hook with that Cleveland Tour combo, I think you will love it
  10. that is a nice looking head, I like the wood-like appearance

I would get in touch with Chris about the Mach Line fairway wood shafts, those are ones that he is playing and they are affordable, Mach Line is one of best right now
  12. PGAPro replied to PGAPro's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
the Mach Line has done the impossible and made the bag officially, the only thing the Mach Line lacks when compared to the Axiv is the overall feel, I personally think the Axiv V is the best feeling shaft I have ever hit, but for my swing, the Mach Line is just the better performer Mach Line is perfect for my liking in terms of ball flight Mach Line is 8-10 yards longer than the Axiv V Mach Line is just like the Axiv V in the fact that it doesn't go left if only NGS could get the same feel as the Axiv V, then we might be talking about the perfect shaft............ha ha, but for now, it is certainly as advertised, a great shaft that is very stable and flat out performs I played with both again today and the Mach Line is the new gamer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks NGS and TSG

well, I have only played on the course with it for 2 rounds, but I haven't even come close to hitting one left yet, even when I try to go at it, my initial thought is that this shaft (Mach Line) is very very stable, as of right now, I would say it is more so than the Axiv V, but I think to accurately compare the two I would have to hit it a couple more rounds, I have been swinging very well lately and hitting it very solid with everything, so I want to see how it peforms when I'm not swinging well, then I will be able to tell if this is what I'm looking for....................I have not hit a Roddio yet, I want to try one, but if things keep going the way they have with this Mach Line then I'm going to be finished with my search for the perfect Driver shaft, I think Mach Line is that good, shafts are always different for each player, but I feel like I'm on to something here, I hope this helps your decision
  15. might be interested in what Gocchin hits as well if anyone has one of these Fourteen UT-106 21* Graphite Design Tour AD UT85
  16. I need a 20 degree hybrid, but I like the type that look more like a wood than an iron, I need one that doesn't hit the ball extremely high, I am already a high ball hitter and need something with a penetrating ball flight, I will take any recommendations, thanks
  17. PGAPro replied to PGAPro's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
the crazy thing with this shaft Gocchin is it doesn't feel very stiff, but no matter how hard I swing at it, it will not go left which is basically the reason I was playing the Axiv V, I like taking the left side out of play and the Mach Line does that for me, I really like it so far and I am thankful of the great service I have received here at TSG, I will certainly be doing more business with Chris in the future

Day 2 Review it was another very good day with the Mach Line, after playing more with the shaft I have decided that it can handle anything that I can offer as far as swingspeed, keep in mind that I swing about 107-109 on average and I'm hitting a stiff flex that isn't tipped, I will use it one more round before making it my gamer, but at this point I would be willing to bet it is the new gamer, it is very similar to the Axiv, but it is longer..............it is every bit as consistent and has nice feel, for right now, I couldn't be happier I want to thank Chris for meeting my needs in every way, especially since he was attempting to fit me into a brand new shaft that he didn't have very much experience with, this is a great shaft that is very stable and I would highly recommend it to those who are considering Mach Line, I do have the most expensive one so I can't speak for the rest of the line, but the Tour is a great shaft with perfect weight, none of my friends have ever seen a shaft like this one and that is cool as well, since they are basically all golf nuts who have hit nearly everything, now I have something different I will play this weekend and give my final review of the shaft, but for now, I can most assure you that the Mach Line is my new gamer and it is every bit the quality of any upper line shaft that I have hit to date and I have played most everything, my only recommendation for NGS would be this shaft with a mid kick or a mid high kick option in the future, I have never liked a low kick shaft for my driver, but this one performs so well that I will certainly learn to adjust to the kickpoint, thanks again to TSG and Chris
  19. PGAPro replied to PGAPro's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
your welcome my friend, the reason I mentioned the trajectory is because I was expecting it to be higher than the Axiv (which I actually didn't want), but to my surprise it was slightly lower despite it having a low kickpoint versus the mid/high kick for the Axiv's I have, the weight of the shaft feels slightly heavier than the Axiv, but as mentioned above it is installed at 45.5 inches in case I try to sell it, overall my first session with it was very nice, but from a confidence standpoint I might end up with the X Flex, just not sure yet, I will certainly know on Thursday because I will have a nice practice session and play

Day 1 Review today was my first day to hit the Mach Line shaft and my review for Day 1 is an A, despite the advertised low kick point, I hit the club slighthy lower than the Axiv 7072 & 7076, the Mach Line is certainly a little longer than the Axiv, I hit balls with an Axiv today as well and the Mach Line was between 5-10 yards in front every time, the launch angle is perfect and although the shaft feels soft (Stiff with no tipping yet), I couldn't hit it left no matter how hard I swung at it, it is an extremely stable shaft with a nice kick, I generally give things a few days before I make the ultimate decision on whether or not it will be my gamer, but this shaft is very good and NGS certainly has a winner, I probably hit about 20 drives on the course with it testing, etc. and my only miss was a slight cut about 6-8 yards right of target, I hit the shaft extremely consistent (I am a very good driver of the golf ball normally with most shafts though), but my first impression of the shaft is very good, I will hit it again on Thursday before I decide whether or not to sell it and go with the X Flex ---it is long (longer than the Axiv) ---it is stable ---it doesn't feel quite as nice as the Axiv (but nothing else does either), but it does feel nice ---it is very consistent after Thursday I will be able to give a full review on performance and feel and hopefully help those of you considering this shaft make a decision

I'm saying shafted and installed it feels softer than the Axiv, but haven't said that I haven't hit it yet, so tommorrow will be deciding factor, but if my gut serves me right, I will be selling this one and getting the X Flex, I had it installed at about 45.5 inches so if I decided I didn't like it then whoever bought it could tip it how they like it, anyhow, we will see tommorrow my friend, the shaft looks great and I'm hoping it performs the same way for me, we shall see
  22. PGAPro replied to PGAPro's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
    well I have a 7076, but my current gamer is a 7072 tipped a 1/2 inch
  23. PGAPro replied to PGAPro's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Blader, I just basically tried to pick one based off reading the NGS charts and the Tour seemed liked the weight and characteristics I was looking for, I got the shaft installed today and will hit it tommorrow, without hitting it the shaft feels softer than the Axiv I had in there, if it is too soft for me then I will sell it on here and get the X flex, I can't wait to try it out tommorrow and give a full review
  24. 4/5 Flat Black Finish 34" 350g I love that one, not sure I could afford it, but I'm sure I will be chatting with Chris about it........ha ha great stuff Chris as usual, that is why I love this website, WOW!
  25. PGAPro replied to gus's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
7076 is the perfect flex for you bro, I have every Axiv available and we swing the exact speed the Axiv line feels soft but the 7076 will be plenty for you
