I have to agree with Goodsie, that you will get 2 years out of your wedges. I play at least 5 times a week and practice most days with my wedges. However, having said this I do change wedges every year but that's just due to the new wedges coming out of Japan.
I have too agree, I own both Vega and Epon clubs are they are exceptional quality. There is only one British golf mag worth reading (Golf Punk), this mag has shown both Vega and Epon to be the best of the best in there tests.
I think the Epons are the best in your list but have you tried the Vega irons? I currently play the 50th Anniversary Cavity Back and it is the softest club that I have ever hit. Chris has started to sell some of these clubs
