i dont think the yonex can be bent.
the akira is interesting bec i can order according to my specs.
its this or the yonex. the 13* looks like a go getter
the epon caddy bags are on the smaller side. they are not as big as the ones from the usa.
the ping bags are a ton bigger and wider.
if your thinking of your caddy then the standbag may be the best option for you
it depends. some shafts are counterweighted.
i did the same experiment with a di8s, i cut it to 44 yet SW was
d5/6. i attribute this to the very heavy head. these 360 heads were designed
to be played at 43.5 so if i had cut it to that length would have achieved the
ideal swingweight.
cutting a shaft .5 will approx 2-3 points on average.
carry is the name of the game with our soggy fairways this time of the year. BUT the bb sounds like
a great shaft for carving out the wind. i do hope to try a BB7S one of these days. thanks for the feedback.
so did you end up picking up anything?
really curious about that BB shaft! i hear their 7x is the predecessor of the p9003.
dont know how true that is .
yeah actually im thinking of not selling my fex anymore. i just had to scratch some
itch and try my grail shaft El diamana stinger. the fex proto though will be a tough
shaft to beat!
enjoy your clubs, glad the shafts are to your liking.
there have been mixed reviews about the modus 3
i for one am one of the ones that really enjoy the shaft.
nice and smooth, strong flat trajectory. i actually gained some
distance with this shaft.
