WeLl I wAs in a similar situation as you months back. Muddling between the RC, yamaha and SDJ Wedges unfortunately I did not get a chance to demo any of them. After months of research and A lot of emails exchanged with gocchin I decided on the db forged wedges.lucky to have found A mint set of the protos. Really happy with the,, I'm very picky with my wedges and these are Every bit the real deal although I pulled the stock tt shafts and replaced them with DG spinners. There will be a massive wedge shootout by tourspecgolfer in the next couple of weeks wherein he tests All the jspec wedges. The RC is definitely in his top 3.

stew is pretty spot on, just remember to get the right shaft. too many people blame the head when its the shaft that will really make a good head shine

i did the same thing yesterday. 9003x in my driver and softer punchier di8s in my 3wood. im willing to sacrifice some distance for tighter shots that find their mark. so what is it your selling?

i havent found it yet. but i am making do with a ping k15 til the next jdm 3w comes along. i like the egg and its ubeatable from the fairway . absolutely undisputed king. kryptonite is off the tee. yamahas, rc etc etc are stellar of the tee but due to the deeper face i struggled from the fairway. just me though you may have better success than i do. i say the RC TRC. the Akiras look pretty interesting and id love to give their 3w a shot.

theres a review in the blog. not a fan of these things. they feel very ordinary. if youve got the yamahas and Rcs no reason to even tinker with these.

yeah i leave annually around late june early july. it was this time last year that i blew my discs with all the heavy luggage in the UK. i invested in some rimowas to help with the back.

Bobbin look into the sf ive never tried any of that line. E, I want something w lower spin, into the wind the shaft tend to balloons as its super high spin.

Today I snapped my 3w with quattro green 75s I doubt it was my ss and was most likely A compromised tip, I bought a used pull. I also snapped a 75s last year new shaft on my 4w. It could be my angle of descent etc etc? Borge were snapped on the tee box teed up. Did a Bit of research and the gd qt is soft tip but I doubt that s the reason. Ayway I ordered a p9003x for my driver and am thinking of the di7s or di8s to complement. I'm looking Into GD only. Any inputs or advice? Ss now around 112 ast jerky tempo. Thinking 80+ gram to help with tempo

I do get a kick to see what's on our bag. It's sort of the state of what's new And available to the hardcore jdm enthusiast . I don't even have to check rhe net Just your bag, ever evolving and changing and that's awesome. And man you probably made it difficult for the rest of us to get stingers. You have a hoard! well i wouldnt say stronger i am just more flexible. been concentrating on the flexibility of my hamstrings and have noticed a big difference. as for swinging smooth thats not in my profile, i just cant:)

That's pretty stout on paper. My driver right now is 266 find it loose Most likely 273-275 for me tops and I still want to feel the kick. I'd prefer pulls haha

Depending on the number of wedges you carry or your priority I would say Its in between 3 wood and your longest iron wether it's a 3/4 iron or hybrid. Nowadays some peopleopt to carry a hybrid instead of a 5w. More versatile From a variety of lies

Ok so played a mountain course today that was very tight and tricky. Of the 14 or so fairways 8 were super tight, I learned The hard way during first couple of holes that the driver is not the best weapon to attack these tricky ones, soon after I started Teeing off with my 16deg 3 w and was dead center or left of center at the very least. Mind you it's only a weak 3w but got the Job done. I was imagining ho much further I'd be if I had one of those driving spoons. Voila, eureka moment. I'm removing my 3i from the bag and resifting my current trc20 with steel, that should solve my dispersion problems and weight issues. I have an extra slot and am considering one of these d.s for dedicated off the tee use, I have my weak 3 for the fairway. I'm very intested with either the 11.5 or 13. Trying to choose and weigh the benefits of both vis a vis forgiveness and max distance. The one I decide on will be shafted w a p9003x. Right nowi believe the gd shafts are the best feeling wood shafts vie tried. Hopefully after sept 8 everything will be sorted out.
