  1. you know what i mean hehe. i still havent come to terms with my ego but i try to play a balance on good looks and forgivability, the occasional players cb set for the range etc etc. so far havent tried a set to match. tempted to try the yamahas and the prgrs. good friend of mine distributes prgr and i may try some of his demos. will have updates
  2. good luck and let us know how it goes. im thinking of getting my next set with the same shafts. hope they will be available smoked.
  3. thats a very awesome bag. i literally mean the bag. nice gear although your wedges kinda look out of place in an all jdm bag hehe. let me know about the new putter im thinking of getting one as well.
  4. when i saw the first pic i nearly spat on my monitor:) this looks really interesting T. do you have enough time to test all these toys out? excited for you to review this one.
  5. i agree, BUT my bags may change but generally the wedges remain the same. once i get accustomed to a certain wedge i will stick to it til it needs to be replaced. im very sensitive with my wedges. anyway i see your back to your epon wedges? do you still use your chiks?
  6. Hey man have you gotten your irons back? i wanted to know if your initial impressions of the irons have changed or improved? i had these for awhile back, regret selling them but thinking of dabbling in the players CB soon
  7. my bro in law just got these irons on sale during the xmas holiday. they were shafted with black smoke shafts. they were in the 90gram region. they were soo awesome. there is no brand on the shaft but it could be nspro. loved the feel.
  8. addidas bags are pretty smokin as well. new designs are gorgeous. i wish puma joined the fray.
  9. thanks for posting, i was wondering where the videos went
  10. that looks so cool. cant wait for your feedback.
  11. will do, im as curious as everyone else. shaft has received good reviews in japan from what i was told
  12. i kinda thought the shafts were black but thought it was the reflection. wow gotta get my hands on these black nickel shimadas. would you know if the shimada k series iron shafts come with this finish?
  13. i have an ev6 coming next week. i also have the md6 and qt5. will have feedback by next week after a few rounds under da belt
  14. i really like these, real clean lines and the badge reminds me of indy:) these would look gorgeous in satin. by the way T, did you buy these or did they send them to you to test?
  15. i really like the crown of that driver. any more info on that shaft? who makes it?
  16. they look really nice and simple. how do they feel compared to solid forged? also any feedback on those shimada shafts? been wanting to get them in my wedges for some time now.
  17. Missed these when they had this in the proshop. if anyone wants to sell theirs id be interested . thanks
  18. yes i have the same club and its my bread and butter of the rough. good luck with sale
  19. what else do you have? i have a 201 15* thats not seeing any action
  20. i dropped my 60* even though i only have 12/13 clubs in my bag. for me a 51 57 is all i need with the level of game i bring to the course. tried the 60 for a year but it wasnt saving me additional strokes so i just dropped it
  21. that is great! however that would never work for me without having to make several passes. its like going to a resto with having too many choices lol. this would however suit the golfer that knows everything about his/her specs. a trip to the local clubfitter and a solid swing would make this totally worth it.
  22. well most of the big oems are ffwing suit with the more popular jdms that offer SOME degree of customization.
  23. my only experience with nspro 750 is a stiff flex on my af901 epon hybrid. it is pretty nice and stable and suitable for this sort of club. it is on the soft side but no complaints, the club is firmly in my bag. i hit this club pretty consistently, i tried the 850 and did not work with this club. i also have friends that use this shaft exclusively on their irons 8 guys to be exact and they are all praises for the shaft. these guys though are those who like a weight similar to graphite but have the feel of steel. kb tour 90 is also a good choice but is nearly 20 grams more than the ns750.
  24. randy, i have both irons, i have the rapture jspecs and the 701s. the raptures would be more forgiving in my book but by only a hair. but i wouldnt trade that extra forgiveness for the cleaner looks, crisper lines and smaller profile of the 701. plus the 701s are forged. either way your good. but since you have the 301s, you may find the 701s pleasant and more to your liking
  25. you are a wealth of knowledge sir!
