how fast are you swinging now? i would not call it hard by any means even the tpo7s but compared to epons and yams its crunchier more metallic. but not hard at all. in fact if your talking about feel the crazy 435 and its variants feel harder to me. -
a good builder should not even worry about the foam. seriously. and shouldnt be using a torch either with graphite shafts and better yet woods. as long as your careful then its really not an issue.

so whats the problem? dont enjoy it or just playing mental gymnastics with specs? you should have gotten the WV 125 which is closer in weight than your DG. these are top notch shafts though i like them a lot.
