  1. thats the plan. its a disease i tell ya! perfect set of sticks why did i even bother to tinker.
  2. most definetly. as is said my playing abilities. the spb are harshest among the nippon line. ive had really really strong guys comment the same. you must be really strong or have some late lag to make it work. both of which i dont have
  3. dont use the matrix it will be loads stiff. the tour ad75 is oodly soft. even my dad whos 66 finds it paper light. i think you should try a tour ad UT 85 or 95 shaft. that will fit the bill nicely or the multitude of shafts like matrix etc etc but if you want to stick to steel, nspro makes a mean hybrid shaft nspro 950 UT or you can try the nspro 850 which i had in a hybrid. very nice and stable.
  4. i can beleive that. monacos are soo sweet. i have two sets!
  5. ok guys i have around several range sessions with the target tours. originally fitted with yamaha tours. in the yamaha tours they feel ok, super tight and a lowish trajectory for my liking. they are on the stiffer side but perform very well in the yamaha 2012 tours. now my blades w monacos were easy peasy, so easy to load and a perfect combo altogether, i got the crazies shafted in them yesterday and had absolutely the worst round of the year. a very easy to hit set suddenly became a very unforgiving club. thin shots galore , super harsh feeling and hard to load. feels more harsh than super peening blues which i consider harsh already. they were fine with the yam tours i dont know what happened. leads me to conclude that teh culprit could be the shafts. most likely not fit for my swing and playing ability. i will try the yam monaco combo to see if its feels a lot friendlier or forgiving compared to the crazy target tours. for now il be giving the blades/target tour another go this weekend. if it doesnt work it doesnt work and move forward. anyone so wanted a shaft to work but it just didnt?

  11. We are on the same boat. ALL OF US. i got my Toyoshimas shafted and barely had a day with it and the Bold was announced. i peeped and could not look bag. i stare at my Toyos like it was a child that dropped a bottle of my most expensive single malt. but im learning that having different wedge setups CAN work in harmony with the rest of my gear
