I have a set of Taylormade r7 Forged irons, 3 thru PW, with True Temper Black Gold shafts in a X flex. They are in excellent condition with very little wear. The "7" on the back of the club was custom painted yellow by myself. Standard length, lie, and loft. $950

Has anyone reshafted their R7's with Black Gold shafts and if so what kind of swing weights did you get? Did you have to add weights?

Thank you for your opinions. I feel much better now. I can't wait to get them. I'll be replacing the rifle shafts in them now with Dynamic Black Golds.

Please let me clarify myself. I'm not accusing anyone here at Tourspec of selling fakes. This picture is a picture of a set of R7 Forged clubs listed on ebay. I'm just looking for some guidance before I pay the seller for these. I'm praying that they are real but I just want to be 100% sure. I got them for a pretty good price and that in part is what worries me.....that and the fake clubs on ebay. Thanks

Hello, I have visited this forum on a few occasions and my recent interest in the R7 Forged irons is really what brought me here. I currently have the R7TP's and like them but after reading all of the great reviews of the R7 Forged clubs I decided I had to have them. My question to you is simple....are the clubs in the pic authentic Taylormade R7 Forged clubs or fake clubs from China? For some reason, the stamp on the hosel just doesn't look right to me. I've searched the internet for other fake R7 Forged clubs and could only find fake R7 and R7TP clubs....no fake forged. Need your expert opinions. By the way, they were recently reshafted so the ferrules are not original.
