I went with the 5 wood. At 43 inches long it, the shaft is 3wood length. I hit it 240 off the tee. The shaft is good, but I may go to a heavier shaft. My miss with this is left. I am open to FW shaft selection suggestions. I don't even play 3 wood anymore...

I put Aerotech in mine. Had the builder get head weight to D2. In fact, I am upgrading my aerotech to the players spec. They are very well matched to these heads. I had to go to 38.5 inches in the 5 iron to get some swing weight to D2. He also added some tip weights in the hosel when needed.

I have mine at D2 I had them all weighted at D2

I can tell you the 2010 model long irons are incredibly easy to hit. I have the 2010 version in the bag for 4 years. Never had a set of irons for that long. I put Aerotech steelfibers in mine. Initially, i had NSPro 95 in them. They play off a five iron at 38 inches standard.

I would like one too! I really haven't seen one USDM that often or that I liked. I was hoping the new cup face I-Brid would be out already and I thought that I would give that a try.

I like the looks of these a lot. For some reason my inner ho has really been suppressed lately. I have 2010 VG3's that I love. Thought about upgrading to these or 2014 VG3's but I have come to the temporary resolution that it is the guy holding the grip (me) and not the clubs that are holding back a scratch golfer! I am liking what I am hearing about these...

I played the Egg Spoon before. I prefer the looks of the XV. I also prefer the heavier weight and it is better off the tee. 90% as easy as the Egg Spoon. XV was slightly longer for me.

Canceling an order in the matter of a few hours? Did you not get the thank you confirmation? I have never had an issue with over 20+ transactions with TSG. Have a little patience. It is not a huge operation. But an operation with great products and great service!

Went to the range for the 1st time this season. Winter was loooooong here in Philly. Range opened on Friday for the first time all year. Took my winter acquired S-Yard XV 5 wood with stock stiff shaft. I have been staring at it in my office for months. All I can say is WOW. Super easy to hit, hit it medium high with a boring trajectory. Possibly as long as my 2013 Romaro Type R 3 wood, the head combo with the longer Fuji stock shaft (club length is nearly identical to my Romaro) gets it out there and was easy off the deck. Great looking head, not too big, not too small, same with the shallowness of the head. It is a great club, if you are looking for a versatile fairway, the S-Yard 5 wood is probably all you need. Count me in as joining the S-Yard XV fan club!

When does the Chapter 2 come out and what is the approximate pricing?

Can't wait to hear more! Still rocking my 2010's! Was hoping for a slightly narrower sole than previous models.
