Do you think a 952 speeder would be a better shaft...i am looking for a 3iron-3wood gap club, which would put this at 240-260 yards...are you saying that the d03 would play more like steel (more control/less distance) than graphite?? does it have a lower trajectory?? have you ever tried the purple ice because i like that feel and most people say that it's boardy... thanks

I am thinking about putting this shaft in a Sonartec TRC 18 degree. The specs on this shaft make it seem ideal for the club(heavier,low torque, high bend), but has anyone ever used this shaft, what can you tell me about it, and do you think there is something better out there....thanks ps...i heard vijay has it in that 7 or 9 wood that he carries, anyone know for sure??

This is probably the only part of the set titleist has yet to put a good product out for. These pics look like 980's with new score lines, some silver junk and a weight plug thrown on the bottom. Hopefully it will end up being a good club. Titleist is so big they should buy a company like sonartec who specializes in fairway woods to help them make a good one.

I have hit the callaway heavenwood hybrid and the ben hogan hybrid and they're both pretty good. The new titleist 503 is supposed to be good. It all depends if you are looking for a bulkier iron look like the hogan and titleist or a wood look like the callaway. I'm not a big fan of the rescue, but people seem to like it. Chris also has a sweet looking taylormade TP driving iron in the catalog.

For anyone who has hit the R7, 510TP, Fourteen JC proto, TS 390 prospec... How do these drivers differ and what are their pros and cons....I am looking at buying a new driver and would greatly appreciate some help Thanks
