As a lawyer, I can't resist this...First, there's no contract until and unless both parties agree to all the terms. Slammer was well with his rights to sell on Ebay, or anywhere else he chose. Second, you don't want to enter into contracts with a minors anyway, as they may later try to repudiate them on the grounds of lack of capacity. As to lying to kids, any parent understands that sometimes you have to...other times it's just fun. Guy's WAY out of bounds here, and I wouldn't sell him sand if I owned a beach.

I have a Cameron Inspired by David Duval Pro Platinum Newport Beach in outstanding condition that I'll sell for $375. It has appropriate Titleist full cord putter grip, and comes with the original matching David Duval putter cover. This putter has only slight use, with no nicks, scratches or dings; I'd call it a 9+, but I will happily send pix upon request and let you decide for yourself. I have a Cameron Newport II Tour in outstanding condition. It's 35" long with the triple-black finish, which is 99%+ perfect. It has "Newport II Tour" and the circle T on the sole, and "TOUR CAMERON" with the red dot on the face. I have a matching pair of Titleist Scotty Cameron Prototype putters. They are the stainless Newport Beach models, 35", with the red studio design grips and the matching blue putter covers.
