I agree with the mis-hits. I am finding the middle of the clubface more often. I have been trying a bunch of new drivers on a launch monitor. It's actually been a hard decision for me because when you are hitting the ball well, every driver seems great. Now, that i have a more dependable and repeatable swing, I can concentrate more on launch numbers and spin.

I can also attest to the almost effortless power. Without even putting anymore effort, I am about 1/2 a club longer. This is mainly due to better contact, but also stacking my rear leg. Sliding the skate back def. works out leg muscles I never used in my golf swing.

I also have the leaderboard. I try to use it every night. My results are very similar to yours changman. The biggest difference I noticed was my ball striking, I am now able to hit a 4 iron with good enough trajectory to keep it on the greens. My driver still needs work, in fact alot. I am also hitting the Tour Burner TP with the whiteboard. I am not sure of my numbers with it as of late, but I can tell you my launch is very low, and i seem to have trouble with contact. I am either going to reshaft it with a GD MD, X-Con, or get a different driver. I had very good results with a R7 limited 10.5 stiff, 14*-15* launch 2700-2800 rpm's. I wish I had mine to compare that day, but stopping at my local golf shop wasn't planned that day. I guess, it never is :) out shopping with the wife and decided it was my turn :) Back to the leaderboard...Balance is the key to my swing. In fact I have found that if I stand with my weight more even across my feet (heel to toes) I am able to stay balanced better. After all the swing starts from the ground up. The second key to my swing is lag. If i make a conscious effort to achieve more wrist cock at the top along with width, chances are my shots are going where I want them. I know this is because of the leaderboard. I do the drills from Brett Smith's video. I am by no means at my peak. Last year was the first season I played golf seriously. Before I was usually once a month. Currently I play to a 14, but I started the year around a 19, also I ended last season with my last 4 rounds 85, 81, 82, 84 respectively. Mind you, my driver was killing me, avg only 3-4 fairways hit. My club has a ton of trees, so finding the fairway is your friend. My goal this year is to be in single digits. Unfortunately, living in North West Indiana (near Chicago) there is a ton of white stuff on the ground and it's a whopping 2* F high of 27* later. I am not going to be playing for sometime. For right now, it is leaderboard drills in the garage until spring.
  6. I can't wait to see the blades as well!
  7. I love the simple looks. The black is very What is the purpose of that sole grind?
  8. Drop dead gorgeous
  9. Has anyone tried this shaft?
  10. JDM Driver: Going with the EMB this many TSG'ers can't be wrong. JDM Iron: Goerge Spirits MB's Nippon 1150's, Iomic Grips. What's not to love. JDM Wedge: Epon KGX Oh so soft and the spin is outstanding. JDM Shaft: Diamana white board amazing launch with miles of rollout Best Course: The Rookery in Naples, FL. Was able to play for free because my wife and I had our wedding at the Marriot in Marco Island. Trouble everywhere on the course, watch out for the gators! Best Shot: After a mis**t drive on a par 4, I stuck a 5 wood from 230yds to about 12ft and made the birdie. Best Player: I'm going with Paddy 2 majors. 'nuff said.
  11. How would you compare the 901's to the GS Muscle Backs? I have had my eye on the GS to step up to a true JDM club ove my MP-32s.
  12. Any word yet on the fairway wood?

Off topic, but i noticed in your sig you are hitting the new mizzy r1. Did this actually knock the AF101 out of the bag?

Maybe someone here can help me. I am currently gaming a Tour Burner TP w/ the Diamana Whiteboard. I am not sure if it is a true whiteboard it is the one made for TM. The specs are pretty close to the "real" whiteboard. I love the low spin and roll-out I get with this combo, however I need a little higher lanch. I am looking for a higher launch alternative with low spin. Right now, I am looking at the rombax 7F09 S or S2, x-con7 F or s. My SS is around 105mph with a good amount of wrist lag and slightly agressive transition. My miss is right, its a bleeder that is fading more than I want it to. Thanks, Jon
  16. Is this finish available for an upcharge?

I completely agree as far as looks are concerned. Regarding the upside down nike symbol looks different I'm sure it serves a purpose. Besides, we do not know what that actually retail version will look like. I will say that if they perform, it will be a very tough decision between AF-tours, MB-5003 or TS 901. I know at my club everyone will think they are some nike knockoff. Some people...
  18. Any new info on this shaft? Will this shaft keep the right side out of play? I am debating between this or an x-con 7
  19. Wow, so you are saying you prefer the feel of the 901's to the 5300's? How would you guys that have hit the 901's compare to the mp-32's?
  20. The Graphite Design AD Pros are almost as much as their driver shafts per iron. Very price IMO
  21. they look like the romero's iron that was at the japan golf show
  22. I noticed in your sig you are getting the 901 with the rombax F. I would love to hear how that combo works out for you.

When you say put the butt end of the club on my belt buckle. Do you want me to make my move holding on to the shaft? This seems like it will help keep my arms connected to my torso, which is a good thing! Thank you B. Smith I look forward to your next leader board video.

I recently purchased the LeaderBoard about a month ago. I was have trouble transferring my weight off my right side. This thing works wonders. My current problem is pulling my hands to far inside. This is causing hits off the toe, weak fans to the right, and straight pulls. The problem is further compounded with the driver. Are their any drills I can work on w/ the LeaderBoard to fix this this problem? Maybe B. Smith can chime in on this issue. Also, are there any new drills other than what is on Brett's video to work on solid contact, with the leaderboard?
  25. I wish i would have known these were in the works. I would have held off on the Tour Burner TP. Are both the "butt stiff" and "butt standard" versions of the Quad shaft available?
