Just got a set of Z101s with PX 6.5 shafts. I weighed them last night and they came out D5. The 5 iron length in 38 1/2 inches. My question is I know I can trim 1/2 off and get the SW to around D2. But wouldn't I get the same effect if I just choke up a 1/2 inch? Would consistently choking up a 1/2 inch effect the playability of the club Thanks.

For those who have hit both, looking for opinions on comparison. If you had to choose, which one would you pick? Thanks.

This set is mint. Played 2 rounds. Set is 4 thru PW plus 56 and 60 wedges. The 60 has a little more wear but still in very good condition. The 56 has matching shaft to set. The 60 has the Miura Dynamic Gold shaft. Length of 5 iron is 38 inches and lies are 1 degree upright. Selling for a friend who paid around $1,100 for these. The man with the US Specs is wanting to trade, not sell. Right now I do not know of anybody selling them. I can buy Z101s for $350-$400. How do Z101s and US Specs differ?

I am needing help with the value of a set of MR US Specs. They are 2 thru wedge (9 irons) in excellent condition. They have been blueprinted. I know the blueprinting process costs quite a bit to have done but how much does it increase the value when they are sold? I have a set of tour issue TM Rac combos for sale or trade. I was wanting $900. I have 2 offers. One for $750 and another to trade for the above set. Are the US Specs bluebrinted worth more than the $750 and would it be a good trade? Thanks.
