  1. original version. been putting that shaft in all my heads over the last few months. i cant gt any more stingers , so this is EASILY the next best thiing. yamaha v202 10* this srixon one ( x2) taylor made burner tp 09 jbeam 435 ( bit low in this) astro tour v3
  2. SRIXON ZR-30 / DIAMANA KAILI 70S 9.5* 45inch Matsuyamas old driver. why did i not find this a cpl of yrs back , !!!!! gamed yesterday at home course non comp so just hitting balls. first real game of the year. 15*c so very good temp no wind , great conds! i hit 9/10 fariwasy with it , not bad for fist hit , not even range time. over the day it had a cpl of yard draw no more. miss hits were the usual blocks a few yards right. extremely straight mid flight , ball flight completely reliant on tee height. as a rule i prefer rounder fuller headed drivers , this is one, a bit smaller and more rouned than the jbeam 435 i covet so much but not too dissimilar, very easy on the eye at address. looks small compact and straight faced. imact..................wow,solid, pingy not toingy nor tinny . very very good impact/sound kaili shaft is fabulous with it. i was swinging well and getting the best distance id gotten in a cpl of years. consistantly. the ball flight was " perfect" , cud not find any fault on this waht so ever. 100% added to the rotation. , in fact so impressed i bought the other one for links.
  3. pm me i have a cpl of kinoshohampu

  6. DAT55g 435cc removable weight ports ultra, full rounded face at address with a hint of elongation to give it a modicum of forgiveness. full frame of the ball launches mid high with diamana alis islei 73s which im reusing in a srixon head henve the sale. fabulous feel this as all DAT55g heads are $110 deliverd by EMS jpn with tracking and insurance
  7. surprised they havnt got it already....,
  8. well mr Nobs.............. i just got my hands on a brand new 9.5* with diamana K in it, was custom built for a customer that didnt pick it up! wil be very interested to put this in play this season. andi cudnt give a rats if tis 425cc and 8 yrs old and by all counts now somewehre near 280 yards behind the newest POS taylor made. if u got those numbers with it a few yrs back then thats as a good as it can get. much prefer top quality to US mkting crap. good enough for Hideki kun , good enough to play here. did the same with a YAMAHA v203 10*. that head is just so good.

  10. presume anything not a premium model is all forged in china apart form a cpl of domestic brands, , or stuff made at endo , in thailad which makes absolutely FK ALL difference.
  11. same, i have 3 in play fullset of woods, always play them as a set. i prefer this to all other quadra shafts maybe except the orig fex. that will always be a special for me. diamana sits unmovingly no1 for me as well. none of the later shafts can go close unseating the stinger or the ltd X line they did in 14 and 17. about to re shaft an old yamaha v-203 10* i ve.had sitting. umheaded ifound in a shoe box for about 10yrs with one! that takes me back a bit .that head is the best yamaha head they made .
  12. if uawant to try one like these buz me. i just did 2.for.my buds ., not picked em up till Eom.
  13. i use a lot of them. bbd type 2 is pov my all time fave fw. theres nothing bad about it. hadles any shaft is workable and feel is amazing. these are still mine now

kamui pro from the deck , well struck is a thing of absolute beauty watching take off , intoxicating.
  16. syard - good off grass , shaft plays pig part in this set up , better ( one of the very best from tee)_. kamui pro superb off deck ( one of the best) not so from tee, too sleek, elongated oblate , ballooning more than possible for tee. jbeam - similar to te syard. same as mystery. - crazy fw series - prob ebst from tee, higher lofted ones great form grass royal collection ( i use ) best over all combos . ryoma better off grass, sorts o usab;e from tee box, NOT TEE, same as prgr egg . prgr egg mfd- cud posssbly be, along with RC ( shaft dependent HUGE here ) the best of all of them..very finicky with shst selection unnervingly straight. almost imposible to zing about modart - allrounder again off grass superb, off tee BOX, not tee, very solid , best feel on ANY FW on planet earth. jsut dont need a tee.
  17. the newer tw-u ( driving iron ) is a superb addition for the top end esp if u are a good iron player. its better than the older model but the older model is MUCH more forgiving much easier to hit and feel like a sponge , i still game mine a ton with the vizard shaft. 21* i have, love that. i had a tw-u 24* DI but i re built some prgr 900 irons with proper shafts and they just blew me away so i aced the honma. these are in betwwn the new and old honmas. the tw-u is great club and a much better option for the heaftier striker. my old 21* tops out right on 200. not a yard more can i scrape from it. if u need to just " hit to distance over there somewhere 190y + " this thing is awsome. if u like " well, im thinking i shud draw this off that tee line , over the lip and have it spin back 2.4 yards, the new TW-u is the better option. u cud do much worse than ahe the 21* old and 24* new in the bag.
