Thanks for the review and comparsion. Looks like the ViQ with graphite at 19* is what I want/need. I also like the look of the ViQ a little better. Looks a little more rounded. BTW - which of the two sits more square. I noticed that the ViQ draws a little. Does this mean hook machine? I would love to hit and hit them both (side by side). Oh well, the draw backs of not traveling to Japan.

I need to know which one is better. Why? And suggestions for loft to replace a 2 iron 5 wood. My gap to be filled is based off a 15* 3 wood. Also, what is the tip size. I fight this also. I have found 3 things that work for me. I use the first 2 depending on how I am feeling. 1) Try to get some movement in the putter head before you take it away. I bounce it a few times. 2) Start your take away with your right hand, almost feels like you will be cocking your wrist a little. Feels very weird but it works. 3) and the foolish answer from an above poster, cold beer.

I like the putting arc. it is the only one that I have bought. OK, I lied. I also have a pelz putting board. not sure of the name but it is an aluminum board on a tilt. It worked ok but the arc has improved my stroke.

take a look at the miura IC2003. I cannot compare the two but I like my miura. Not very forgiving but solid.

Yes they are. I just posed the question to Mizuno and they comfirmed the rumor. Mizuno told me that it would be on their web site September 20. Stores should have them mid October. I have heard that stores would have them sooner but Mizuno said otherwise. I would love to see and get my hands on one sooner than that.

Help me out. What is the difference between the U2 and the U3 (other than loft- distance is what I am looking for)? In the Tourspec catalog it says the 16* is the 5 wood replacement but hogan and sonartec says 19* replaces the 5wd/ 2 iron. How does it play compared to the sonartec and or hogan? Length, accuracy and ease of use. Also, does the F/ut have a bendable hosel? I noticed in a review that they were .5* closed - are they hook machines? Can I open it up to square? thanks guys!

Since it looks like people are looking and not asking questions. I don't read Japanese very well, actually not at all. Is it tapered tip. I don't know my metric system very well either. Does it come in .355 How much do they cost. I am guessing that I contact you directly to purchase. I am thinking of trying graphite in my Miura IC 2003 - what does everyone think.

It seems that the only Bettinardi's (Japan) that are pictured are the MOI's. Does Bettinardi have a complete line in Japan and if so how can I see a brochure or pics of them? Help me out guys Thanks

I don't know any real facts but I have seen pics of tour x's and yes they are chrome finish. Retail is satin. My guess the difference, other that the finish, is that they are weight and fequency sorted unlike the retail which is just weight sorted. I also want some. If anyone runs across any please give me a shout.

Actually the 1" came from their web site. I contacted John at Aldila "aka shafted on a different forum" and he suggested tipping 1.25" and if I wanted it a little stiffer to with 1.5". Since a fairway wood is slightly heavier than a driver. 208 driver. mizzy 3wd about 215 I decided to split the difference and I am going to tip 1.375 or 1 3/8". If anyone thinks this is a bit much please shout quickly because it is going in the head this evening. Wednesday. I will have it back for Saturday round and let everyone know how it turned out. I have a nv 75s in my 983E with an insertion of 1.75" I want to install a 85s in my MP-001 with a similar feel. What is the bore depth of the Mizzy? How much should I tip the 85s? Aldila says 1" for fairway woods but I want to match up with my driver (their recommadation seems too general) Stiffer would be better than too soft. Thanks

I use strip-ez from Lowes/Home Depot. Works great and does not damage chrome, or any blued finish. I use a q-tip to apply. Let it sit for a few minutes and the paint bubbles. Wash off with running tap water.

I asked the same question a couple of weeks ago and the respose that I got was that most of the people that have tourstage 3wds cannot compare because they have not been able to try several different models. So, I bought the mizzy - cannot wait to have it reshafted in a couple of weeks. Nice profile and great sound. Decent length but I was hitting my steelhead longer but left most of the time.
