Its got the 3iron though Nippon1050S
  2. Hopefully someone has :)
  3. Nice combo C, that's saying something unseating the 102/proto combo. So tempted to game my TM 360R with grafalloy prolite 35. Cost me $880 in 2000 and it's awesome but non conf. It's amazing how the new R11 cost half 10 years later lol. If I was mid to high capper it wouldn't matter but at my short stature but decent distance, my equipment always gets inspected lol. Funny now though coz they look at my ryoma with a 'what the Fk is that' look then I show them the conforming print on he hozel. Then I say don't ask how much..
  4. Hi Chris, Im really looking more into better turf interaction which i think the slim sole are a little more sensitive to. I have come to realise that i need to really take into account the course conditions that i generally play and the mid autumn - winter - mid spring where my game suffers. Grounds softens, wet early (when i'm normally playing), last couple of seasons quite rainy.. digger style swing with low bounce clubs = glancing blow. Its almost i need a different set for these months ie wider sole but they aesthetically they just dont sit well with me. When i say the specs of the Cally x proto i was wondering why they did this and maybe this is the kind of set up i need with perhaps a slightly blunted leading edge. Of course since enjoying my first couple of JDM clubs, I;m naturally inclined towards JSPEC Irons that fits the bill. Problem is lack of access to demo. Eric
  5. Stew, i think the courses you play like long reef? I think they are shorter and tougher deck. I've only played one tight lie fairway & firm, The Vintage at hunter Valley and not far behind is the Macquarie Links. I excel with my irons there. The majority of courses out west unfortunately is not. There has to be something in it for the Callaway x Prototypes to release such high bounce blades and has a big following which btw is now in the RAZR MB. Just check the specs PW at 11* bounce. I mean why would they release this? Perhaps this is versatile enough for most of the course conditions.
  6. Hey Stew, dit it drop ur carry much?
  7. Surely some one must know..
  8. Great! It does take a few rounds to adjust. There is definitely a kick/timing that needs adjusting to & the beauty of this high carbon is that I find this feel/kick timing so consistent. When you're in the groove & swinging well, it gets boring very quickly in a good way, always in the fwy. Its boring because u will get ur longest drives with this grooved swing. I find stepping on it hardly achieves anything.. If any u hit shorter. Just watch out for the off driving day.. That will be like the sultry tp7hd doing the strip number on you haha.
  9. Hi Folks, Reason is I'm a digger and conditions at the courses i play is lush/soft and gets a bit wet too. But the big chunky irons never suited my eye. I'm referring to +3 bounce to standard example: PW standard bounce around 6or7 so so around 10or11 4 iron standard 2* so 5* The Callaway x Proto i think fits this bill which is the new Razr MB. Thanks in advance Eric
  10. Looks awesome. Keep us posted C!
  11. Looks like the dark chocolate version
  12. yea sweet irons! I too would like to know shaft.
  13. Hi J, Dont tip lol.. that is exactly the problem with you said you had the tp7hd sitting.. I thought there is no way you'd be able to help yourself not trying this to see how it performs vs quadra. I know I would be tempted. You need to give it a few more games then reflect back to how your driving game was before this combo. You did tell me it was bad. The whippy you might be describing is the kick? One other thing that could firm it up a little is to have it at 45" (did Perci butt trim further? it would have played around 46") I agree with the cover and i think most do. I'm not having too much complaint about the paint job as yet.

dang..sorry to hear that... I do try looking at UK Ebay once in a while. GLWS and hope you get your tours back
  15. Hey R, I did look at this a while ago but never tried it. Wouldnt the supplier/fitter be able to answer these questions?
  16. Agree 100% in this order. With Crazy, you just need to be honest with your measurements during your fitting with Tario. Once you have the right Crazy, it is well worth the $$$.

Great price if in good nick. If it was af-tours then I'm in trouble
  18. I like my 4i too. I bought 3H but it's long so it's more like a 5W so the 3i stayed lol. I like my 3i off the tee for precision drive and low shots the deck. Thinking of dropping it for an extra wedge.
  19. Very Nice Mike!
  20. I saw that on your sig.. I thought you snagged the 56 from the sale :)
  21. Hi Sandee, My experience with Mitsubishi shaft is with ilima in a FW and they are quality. I have used the Quadra Fire express 65sx (lower launch) and now Crazy CB46 7.2 (higher launch) and to me they are definitely better. It really depends on what you want to achieve ie trajectory, spin, weight class etc. At your SS though it seem you be better off with Crazy who i believe initially was designing shaft for real fast swingers/long ball champs. They certainly have the various range to cater for your needs. Stew has extensive experience and Tario is the master fitter and you should consult those two. Eric
  22. Er Noooooo keep the headcovers lol.
  23. C, I think going the 4w route is really good. I was heading that way until I got the egg. Its just a question of which & what shaft.I I found my holy grail, hope you do too soon. I must admit it's one part if the bag that's hard to fill.
