Waiting for my F2 on a crazy FW80 7.4 ( thks to tario !! )........i think it get here around early Feb. From what i read, its super forgiving, although i have not played the egg spoon. However, it prob most effective if you fit it with the right shaft. I am biased towards crazys - unbelievable distance & dispersion. Bot the F2 as my home course is tight & combined with my ryoma d1......hoping to chew up the par 5s. Currently play the TRC BBD Tour VS 14 deg on crazy sigma fw50......,great control, boring ball flight & reasonable distance ( ss 105, gets me 220 yrds off deck & 240 off the tee )......but if not very forgiving. Also play a TRC 18 deg hybrid on crazy which gets 210 yrds, so hoping the ryoma f2 will add 15-20 yrds on my fairways.

Had mine for a week now, great gadget to have if you want to get speed consistency across the bag - just ordered another 3 for the guys i play with... Its not perfect as it tends to miss the ball speed if it flys right. Also gets more smash factor if we hit down on it..... Learned a few things since i got it.....due to the higher lofts, hence spin........an 8 iron with pro swing speed of 85 will max out the efficiency @ 1.40 or apx 93%. My 8i never gets abv 88%. With drivers, it gets closer to 100% efficiency ( maybe its just my ryoma / crazy combo :-)). Awesome educational tool abt the game

spoon you are righ abt the shimadas. Put them into my 302 PW for the fun of it and clocked 10k rpms on the tool. Too much an the swing wgt was off.....so had it put back into the kenmochi 52s. Thks guys will look into th yamahas , tourstage & rcs. Sky dream is too toppy for me.

Looking to try new wedges. I currently game Moz's black in shimada ks 120. Have gone from titliest-crews-yuyuri raws. Of these the moz seems to be the softest. Titliest best spins. Yuyuris feel harsh sometimes, and chews the ball up....but great spin Whats the fav out there ? Thks

I ms have been living in north korea. This REP gadget looks very useful - does it work well with range balls ( floaters in particular ) and do you guys use it on the course ? Are they various models ? I am thinking of getting a range finder.....with that, the REP & my iphone Golfshot........they might soon call me mr gadget

@ spoon, i have been looking to change my wedge shafts. Currently using kbs tour black but find it lacks a bit of feel, balloons & loose dispersion. You mentioned shimada tour 120 black.......have you tired the crazy tour black wedges ? If yes how do these compare ? Thks

well put. I hve crazys from driver, 3w to utes now. Just waiting for more feedback on the iron shafts......or rather when i can get my hands on it.

I have had the crazy ute shaft on my TRC utility 17 & 20 for couple of weeks now, gamed it in Thailand, Korea & back home. One word- unbelievable. The ball flght piercing & dead straight. The dispersion is amazing - was playing off the champ tees & the 20 deg was my second shot most times after driver. The 17 was off tee on the 3s & tight 4 fairways. My utilities have always been steel as i see them as long irons replacements. The accuracy of the crazy utes was a huge surprise. Distance wise, gained 10% vs the steels.

So to square it off, the top ones curently in market with low spin, tight dispersion, low/ penetrating flight, feel is : Shimada pro/ tour NS pro SP KBS C-taper ....with the jury still out on crazy steel, or rather the lack of available feedbacks from users.

Kbs tour & kbs c-tapers are like day & night. The Cs are exactly whats described here, low launch & super tight dispersion. I used play the PX, but again, same feedback...harsh & dead. Cant wait for more feedback on Crazy steels..... So for now, its the C tapers for me

Have now played both my new trcs 17 & 20 in the standard nippon 950 shaft. Distance & accuracy is ok but seems very high. Trying to keep the ball low - will the crazy ute shaft help ? Thks

Crazy is the way to go. Just played with my new build crazy fw 80 + TRC fw vs tour 14 deg. Delightful. Straight, penetrating and long. Did not take me long to get used to it. Now the dilemma.......bot TRC ute 17 & 20 with standard nippon 950 shaft........after your comments, i am very very tempted.

I moved from px6.0 to kbs tours 2 yrs ago. Kbs tours gives better feedback, flys high & mighty. Its harder to control tho with the height. I hv played one round with my new kbs tour c-taper. Better trajectory & control compared to the old kbs tours. Did not notice difference in length. Recently bought TRC RC utes that came with nipp 950s. My old utes are on kbs tour shaft. Feels like i have lost distance.........then again could be the head or just me needing to get used to it.

Hello there Anyone has experience with the kbs tour c-taper iron shafts ? How is it compard to my current shaft kbs tour ? Is the c-taper stiffer than standard ? My swing speed s ard 105-110 Thks

Great info guys - thks. The ute is my get out of jail club, particularly with thick deep rough that my irons cant get thru. In these shots, would a graph be too light & soft ?
