Sold the Personals, now what to get... Advice please. Also - CoolClubs in Scottsdale experience - Fantastic.
Many factors have to be considered. It's not just about swing speed. To get an average of 265 with a 6 iron, technique needs to be impeccable. From the shoulder turn, the energy storage on a rock hard right side...a perfect powerful transition at the top, a ridiculously delayed release and one of those follow throughs we can only dream of. And of course be bang on the sweet spot. Pros can do that at a slower speed, but they're pros, so combining all that in milliseconds from the top is incredible. Check out long drive champions, 90% of their shots are hooks and slices, their shafts are 47 inches, xxxxs, with reinforced faces. So if your 265 is an average distance, using clubs that aren't yours, shafts that aren't ideal...man, work on that short game, slow that swing down a bit and you're on your way to becoming pro. Because you must have one hell of a technique to go with that speed.

nothing desperate just some light taunting
I like the look of those spirits! Good luck with the sale H!

SOLD thanks Tsg
Sometimes heads just don't work. It can be wiser to move on as quickly as possible than to make alterations and in the process lose confidence. I really need a trip to Tokyo. Not just to have a "friendly" head to head with my man stew (and see the high socks for myself) but to try every head combo imaginable. Congratulations to Steve on the buy and to C for yet another smooth sell (that voodoo thing really works!)

S-Yard t.388 vs Epon Zero (which to choose)
"It's really weird what gains traction sometimes on the boards." Lol, come on Chris, give yourself some credit. :)

S-Yard t.388 vs Epon Zero (which to choose)
Because they're one week old :) and loads of us really want to try it, if only out of curiosity and see for ourselves if it's worth the hype.

S-Yard t.388 vs Epon Zero (which to choose)
Like a lot of the drivers and shafts out there. If one can't break 100 or swing faster than 95 (nothing wrong with one or the other), as nice as it can feel to have the last in piece, it's pointless.

You certainly do mix it up a lot, sir.

S-Yard t.388 vs Epon Zero (which to choose)
Nothing wrong with thick and firm! S yard V Zero. Zero is awesome, I haven't tried the S yard yet. That said, I haven't seen many zero's on bst, while S yards were on bst on what seemed to be their release date. So I wouldn't necessarily agree with what has been said. +1 with what ukok wrote. Send out a demo, we'll pass it on in the EU and judge for ourselves. Because to be honest, the fact that so many have sold theirs so quickly put me off a bit. Not a SINGLE 2013 Yam on bst, and mine isn't going anywhere.

Squaring the club face, blades vs CB.
I sense a few here fancy a flutter so I'll take some bets. PP gifted in dollars. Odds, Carlo not changing irons before June 1st: 20 to 1. Not changing irons before October 1st: 500 to 1. And no, Carlo can't bet on himself.

Squaring the club face, blades vs CB.
I second UKOK. Play with one set or sets that are very similar to each other. Going from an MB to a CB, some players can without too many consequences, I can't. Rhythm is different, weight is different, offset...nope.

It's actually pretty light. 3kg, suitable for walking. Some guys can pull it off, sure. I just don't like anything flashy on the course, especially not my bag. I like them plain. And those flashy tags and zippers aren't for me. I did consider keeping it around for guests for a laugh, kind of like freebho did with his ostrich bag, but the opportunity never arose. It's fine. I'll give it to one of the girls on the team or to the starters who can then sell it, make a few beans. Those guys wear my shoes, clothes, play my clubs...I'm pretty much sponsoring them. But, that of course comes with its advantages. I can show up at 10am on a saturday morning with 3 friends, no tee time, and be up and going within 5 minutes leaving tee times for the rest of the day in disarray. That is priceless.

Ian wants it, but in a month and I want it out now. I offered he pay for shipping and send a few beans later but that doesn't work for him. So i'm just going to give it away at my club. Some young girl is bound to be happy with it. BUT, If stew wants it, he can have it for nothing. I'd pay to see a pic of that linebacker with this bag on a course.
