Just got back from the range. We had some really weird warm weather so off to the range I went. Finally put the 103/Noir CB80LS thru its paces and Im really impressed. Previously had it shafted with a Diamana Stinger and just wasnt feeling it. Maybe my swing was blah when the stinger was in but it was on today. Feel/sound is exemplar. Distance was better then average but just the overall look and balance really impressed me. It definitely hides the 460cc well. Well done Epon, the 103 is a keeper.

Aerotech Player Spec Ami99 3i starts at 96g and gets heavier by 2g's all the way to the PW @ 110g's I personally play the 95i's and love them.

It really doesn't matter to ME per se but it may to some. It could be the ideal of exclusivity knowing you have a very limited set? Kind of like when Scotty Cameron comes out with a limited run of their putters and they are all numbered.

Is there a way to verify what number set of 500 a customer got by contacting Epon and giving them the serial number off the 7 iron? Being a "Limited set of 500 Worldwide" or "limited to 300 Zen putters worldwide" you would guess/assume they would have some way to let the customer know what number Personal / Zen you have...especially paying the inflated price for a Limited item, no? Anyone tried contacting Epon on this?

Have the Vega VW10 Raw 50*/56 and a Vega Raw VW04 60* Feel is comparable to Miura IMO. More of a dense/firm feel. These are conforming and to be honest I was a little disappointed with the lack of spin. Have since installed Nippon WV wedge shafts over the DG and feel has improved along with a bit of added spin.

Fuji MCI appears to be .370 Parellel tip as well.

But there lies the problem, trying to find a shop that has demos to try the various models w/ various shafts. Just be patient, do your research and make an informed decision. You cant go wrong with the 3 mentioned above.

Def try the SPB's if youve played them and liked in the past. SPO/SPB, well most of Nippon shafts in general, offers superb feel compared to most. Ive tried SPO, NS Pro ORA, but decided to try the aerotechs partly due to reduced vibration and a little less wear and tear on my shoulder. If money is no object I heard that the Diamana Thumps are top notch as well. GL and enjoy the journey, its a blast. :)

Currently have the Personals w/ Aerotechs but have a set of Monacos if the aerotechs doesnt workout. Ive hit them on the range, however it was off of artificial mats and I dont really consider it an honest test. I need real golf course / turf testing which I wont be able to do until February unfortunately. With that being said, the aerotech i95 / personal set up was very nice, smooth soft feel with a nice mid trajectory. I agree w/ iDrive about the 302/Modus3 set up, it was a great match.
