Mickelson's Wedge Shafts
It appeared today on TV when they showed Phil's 3rd shot on 18 that he had a PX shaft in his sand wedge. Anybody know what shaft Phil is playing in his wedges??? I know he plays the PX in his irons but its not often you hear of someone playing a PX in their wedges. Everything I've heard is that the PX has a muted feel and is too stiff for a touch wedge game, but Phil certainly is great wedge player. Figured you guys would be the ones to ask.

Removing Paintfill
could you post some pics of the vokey's without the paintfill... if you want I can host them for you... [email protected] Sorry Pete, I hadn't checked this post in a while. I can post them, just give me a day or two to take them. My Vokey 54 which is the black nickel looks much better without the paintfill. The 60 degree is a raw and you can't really tell all that much that the paintfill is removed due to the rusting of the club. But in any case, I'd be glad to post them.

TM X-300 FCI
Well, I removed the paintfill and they look incredible. I'm now a firm believer that irons look much better with all the paintfill removed.

TM X-300 FCI
Just picked up a set of the Miura Forged TM X300 FCI tour issued irons. Great clubs, anyone have or seen a set with the paintfill removed?? Do you think it looks better?? Removing Paintfill
Hey Kyle, stuff worked great.....thanks. Picked it up for like 5 bucks at Walmart along with a 1 dollar brush. Came home, sprayed it on and let it sit for 20-30mins, and voilla!!, all the paintfill came off with very little elbow grease and the whole thing left a very pleasant orange odor lol.

Removing Paintfill
Oh, I forgot to add, anyone do anything that did cause some damage to the finish of the club so I know what not to do???

Removing Paintfill
I have two Vokey Raw wedges that I want to remove the paintfill from. Any tips on what would be easiest and what won't damage the clubhead. I also have a set of TM X300 FCI's coming and I'm considering removign the paintfill from those as well if they aren't already done, so any suggestions or opinions on what works best for cb irons would also be appreciated. Thanks!! WTB: Forged CB
Thanx for everything guys. I can see my decision is getting harder as far as what to buy, but at least I know it will be and informed one.

WTB: Forged CB
Thanx for the info....I hear what your saying about the average weekender not truly appreciating the beauty of these clubs, but I know I will. Plus when I get together a few times a year with my ex-teamates from the PSU golf team they'll surely ohh & ahhh!

WTB: Forged CB
The thought crossed my mind but I have no idea what they look like or what scratch has to offer as far as irons. I do see everyone on here raving about their wedges though. If you have any pics or info drop me a line. (Scratch's website has no pics of their irons yet)

WTB: Forged CB
I am open to recomendations and offers in regards to forged cavity back irons. I am looking for 2-PW. I've been looking around lately at brands like Miura and some of the rarer TM forged offerings and I'm unable to decide. I'd say my ideal set is a soft forging with a traditional look. I'd also like it be something that I'm not going to see in anyone else's bag. I think you guys know what I mean, a set thats one of those "best kept secret" kind of things. Well like I said, any suggestions on what to buy or any sets you guys have for sale that you'd like to offer would be appreciated.
