  1. The ViQ forged has less offset and feels very soft, It sets up great! Both mid size players cavity backs I call it and both produced with tungsten weights inside the sole, yet its a 1 piece forging. Only Endo can produce forged clubs in this manner. Im hitting the JPX right now, its everything i want and then some, Some will complain about it having a bit more offset than others but im more addicted to the feel and forgiveness than anything else.
  2. I really like these, I consider them a mid size players CB and suggest them to any high single digit player to 15hcp player. The feel is soft, Its done with progressive cavity depth and tungsten inserts, of course only endo can manufacture complicated design like this. Its heavy tooling to get the complicated forged design, not CNC milling in the cavity, anyone can do that.
  3. I agree 100%, its like a light DG with some kick!!
  4. Reminds me very much of Fourteen, how its modern style and concept really have me attracted to it. Its a nice wedge in the sea of many available.
  5. 1. Pyramid Hefeweizen with a wedge of lemon 2. Many of the Kirin selection 3. Coors light on a hot golf day!
  6. Sounds right un tipped Stiff flex W6-BA with a 202.9 gram head are coming out around 256 cpm's. This club no fun for you? I see it on ebay already!
  7. I hope you didn't pure the shaft, They don't even suggest doing a spine and flo job on it. I'm curious to find out as how he adjusted CPM tipping in mm, what was your target and the final specs of the club when completed. Also you wouldn't happen to know the head weight would you? Reason I'm asking is that its not an easy shaft to zero in on a particular flex. It requires the Studio Manual especially if your not used to such sensitive tipping instructions. Which no one is because the roddio is the most difficult shaft to frequency tune. Even the width of the blade of the saw used has an effect. If a club maker takes the stock shaft shoves it into a head at the length you want and weight you ask the shaft is all over the charts. Also Daiwa doesn't warranty any shaft not installed by a trained RODDIO tech, Each time a shaft is installed the final specs and serials are sent back to their Tokyo HQ. This shaft is still in testing and market research with no official plans to release it to the U.S Public.
  8. Thats a wicked price! Looks brand new, FYI guys this is the latest japan only Bett!
  9. The first batch of the One was 350g Same with the Balde. Everything after that was 340g +/- 2 grams.
  10. This driver is actually a gold/chrome finish unlike the retail version. I have decided not to hit it and keep it as a collectors item. Yes Epon does have a high MOI driver in the works... Seen it, Hit it, but I cant post pics yet sorry gents.
  11. Sorry for the late reply. Well its been so long you now have 2 of these woods so I should be asking you this very question. FYI guys the ferrules are not a guarantee thing. some people get them some dont.
  12. Sounds like the shaft isnt doing what it should be for your swing.
  13. I honestly could not tell the difference in distance.
  14. I would suggest EPON 9.5 with a custom face angle and a RODDIO WA Series shaft. Or the X-Drive, or Srixon ZR-600, or MP Craft 425 etc.. Problem with the X-Drive is the stock shaft, even after market need to be tipped for a player of your SS>
  15. I sent you 2 large boxes with tons of shafts, catalogs, promo items, and golf clubs. We marked it 100 bucks. If they open that box they are gonna have a laugh because the value looks to be far more than that. FYI guys, Mach Line has created the worlds first 6 layer wrap and the only 5 layer wrap since RODDIO making them the most advanced to date. Both prototype shafts have no graphics on them yet. One is coming our way.
  16. Great first try! Having this much extra weight is a good thing, it allows you to do much more to the wedge than say if it were only 10g overweight. Another thing you may want to try after grinding the head is finding the CG location via balance on a nail.
