This guy still won't refund my $$$....he wants me to sell it to someone else (which i won't) and split the loss...or to send the shaft back to him and he'll sell to someone else....i don't want someone else to be a victim....and if i send it back to bomb...he'll have the shaft & my $$$...i ain't no fool........I thank TSG members for your support and suggestions.

Hi Joe, the shaft came from a driver but i can't tip the shaft for a 3 wood cuz the crack and twist starts about 3/4" above the tip end and extends another 3/4" up the shaft...i'd have to tip 1 1/2" minimum....( i don't think this happen during shipping) but then again, i don't want to pass this shaft on to someone else....i don't want to do what bomb did to me......thanks, glen.

The shaft was a fujikura speeder 757 tour-spec stiff flex.

Yup, i'm the victim....Bomb sold me a badly pulled shaft (cracked & twisted tip) and claims the damage was cause during shipping....not possible...insuring the box isn't an issue....cuz the damage was done prior to shipping...he refuses to give me a refund....then asked Chris to post an unbiased poll on TSG to let the members decide if a refund was due or not....(after a few prejudice remarks) ....the result was unanimously for a refund.....then he changes his mind and decides to take this to court....what is he going to get out of this? He still has my$$$$... TSG buy/sell/trade is a great asset to all members and is a great way to B/S/T our stuff without paying a commision..like EBAY.... I love this site and the members here..lets keep up the good work.. Aloha, Glen.
