I love the look of the new Epon driver. I am interested in hearing about the sound and feel. I go back and forth between a the Epon 460 and the Epon 380. Love the feel and sound of the 380 but find the 460 a little more forgiving. It would be great if the new 460 had the feel and sound of the 380.

Thanks for pointing those out pinned postings out. They were helpful. The posting I was referencing was one that had a top view of mostly 6 irons. I think Chris put it out there. I want a players cavity back with some offset. The Z101s or TS-202 were close to what I am looking for. Not too big or thick on top but with quite a bit of offset. Seems like most players cavity backs having very little offset. Played Pings for many years and like the look of offset. Thanks for your help.

Does anyone the link to the posting that had photos of all of the JDM irons? I am looking for a new set of irons and want to see photos to make sure they have the amount of offset I am looking for. Thanks!

It is not a trick question. I am not that smart. I have tried many forged blades and cavity backs and always go back to a set of old style Ping irons. My current hadicap is zero but that does not mean I want to play with "butter knife" irons. I tried Z101s at two different times and loved the feel but I had more confidence with my nickel ISIs so I always go back to them.

I saw the question about cavity back irons with the least amount of offset and decided to flip it around and ask which CBs have the most offset or even better a progressive offset. Being a Ping iron player for 30 years, I have become accustomed to looking at irons with a lot of offset.

I just picked up a 905R with a stiff Fujikura 665 installed by Titleist. I can find very little informaiton about this shaft and it's playing characteristics. I have heard that the 665 comes both with an extended tip for bore through and standard length tip. How would I tell if the shaft had the extended tip or if it is standard tip length fully installed in bore through head? Even though it is stiff flex it feels pretty stout. My ss average is 101mph and I am wondering if this shaft is too stiff for me. I have been using the Altus in stiff so maybe it is feel of the Altus vs the 665 that I am noticing. Any information about this shaft is welcomed!!
