ACCRA.........whats the story?
The ACCRA's don't really play true to their torque ratings. I've played the sc75/85 and T70 and both are very easy to hit as far as turning the club head over. Don't be scared off by the low torque numbers, they really aren't that bad. I've heard though that the SE80 plays truer to its torque rating so don't get lazy with the finish and make sure to finish your swing your you'll be in slice city. The T70 hits higher than the sc75 and is also ALOT easier to hit. SC75 gives a nice trajectory feels pretty good but the t70 is flat out easy to hit. My only gripe with the t70 is the trajectory as it was way too high for me.

Why do Pro's bother wearing golf shoes at tournaments.......
You need some more comfortable golf shoes....they do exists!!! Honestly though, if you feel a pair of sneakers is more comfortable than golf shoes then by all means play with sneakers. When the game is on the line I definetly need golf shoes for the added grip and stability.

TW's Nike One Platinum
That's the thing though. To US based companies, cost is a factor and that is why they outsource alot of clubs to china, thailand, etc. With Japanese companies like Hiro Matsumoto, Gauge Design, GF, MOZ, Tourstage cost is not as big a factor as quality and reputation because they know their market base will buy the products because they get what they pay for. With any business, cost will be a factor as you can't expect to sell an item that cost you more money to make than your ability to sell the item. With US companies, the focus is on the bottom line, the cheapest cost and the highest selling points = mucho profit. Don't get me wrong, I have numerous domestic clubs and TM clubs made in china that are great clubs but I've played ten's of thousands of dollars in equipment and the Japanese stuff just flat out screams quality. You can't honestly tell me that my Hiro Matsumoto irons are the same quality as ping i3's??? Of course price point wise Japanese clubs aren't exactly at the bargain bin section but like I say, you get what you pay for.

Tiger New Ball?
Funny how "Rock" Ishii says Tiger is "28-30 yards longer now" than he was when he was using "inferior" equiptment. Last time I checked his stats from when he first started on tour in 1996 he drove the ball 302 yards with 69% driving accuracy. From 1996 to 2001 his stats have pretty much been in the 293-300 yard range with MUCH HIGHER driving accuracy. Here's a look at arguably his best year (2000) with Mr. TITTY 975D and inferior TITTY PRO90 ball. Unless "ROCK" forgot to take a class in mathematics, I don't see how Tiger is 30 yards longer NOW than he was in his prime or even when he first came out on tour. When it comes down to it, it's all about swing mechanics and Tiger's driver swing is one F$*&ed up swing. His short game is beautiful though, that's really what set's him apart...forget the driving. All of his wins in 03/04/05 have been from his phenominal short game and his ability to save his ass out of the s**tty drives he puts himself in. NIKE ONE PLATINUM, BLACK DIAMOND, URANIUM DON'T MEAN JACK if Tiger can't keep it in the fairway. 2000 stats Driving Distance: 298.0 (2nd) Driving Accuracy: 71.2 (54th) Total Driving: 56 (1st) 2005 stats Driving Distance: 302.68 (3rd) Driving Accuracy: 57.4 (145st) Total Driving: 148 (41st)

Mizuno MP-27 vs. S-30V: Differences??
s30v's are humongoid, have disgustingly huge toplines, and major amounts of offset. The s30 was a great set of irons but the s30v was just too GI for my taste. The thing just looked down right ugly at address. I'd say invest in a set of custom Mizunos as you'll have a hard time tracking down a set of s30's, s30v's, mp27's, and TN87's. The mp27 is a easy find but the other three are fairly old and hard to find in like new condition. Your better off going with a 2-tier or 3 tier custom Mizuno set.

Mizuno flat black owners
Anyone have picks of the shiny black finish? Is the shiny black similiar to an oil can finish that will wear completly down to the bear metal? Which one will wear faster? Flat black or shiny black?

Gauge FWs? In play?
What index are you? How well do you normally hit a 3 wood off the deck, in the rough? Here's what I have had as far as 3 woods and comparisons. More forgiving than kasco kp-99, Titty 970 & PT, RC BBD Type H, Sonartec SS-03 About equal to a TM 200 ridgie and v-steel, Sonartec NP-99, Not as forgiving as my Orlimar tri-metal, 980 strong, TM 200 eagle, Cally GBB2

Flat Black finish on MP32's
I think it's only through Mizuno Japan. And even through Mizuno Japan it's a custom option. I'm sure you've heard it a thousand times but Chris is your #1 hookup for Mizuno custom irons. You even get custom offset, topline, and sole grind options. Pretty damn good to me.

Questions on MR-23
I highly doubt there is a brand new set still in shrink wrap unless it's locked away in a bridgestone vault or Maruyama decided to keep one for himself. They have been out for more than 3 years and they were a limited run product so it's not like bs-golf keeps manufacturing these clubs every year. If you do find one and someone says it's brand new, make sure the shrink wrap is still on.

Tour concept V Project X shafts?
Just to spice things up...throw in the NSPRO 1050's as an option. The feel is remarkable compared to the PX's.
