Battery life is short short short..if it says 3 hrs talk usually you'll get about 90 minutes..so if you take pics for cruise the web..about 30 min....wonder if you can get a wrist adapter so it fits up your sleeve like a derringer so you can flick your wrist and quick draw?
well, in Asia, we don't have FREE minutes on weekends and weekdays after 9pm. However, in Taiwan, it is free to receive calls while the caller/dialer pays dearly. Newer plans have emerged where cheaper or free to call each other within the same mobile company.
I am guessing 2 hours straight talking... 3 hours if use corded ear phone... 1 hour if you use the speakerphone or bluetooth earphone option... 3-4 days standby...
Anyways, taking a business trip to the states and will give review on this phone after I'm back from states. For a trendy single guy, this phone would spark many sensual conversations with shallow but beautiful gals.

i use glasses bc i cant see far away, im blind, lmao. its annoying when im playing golf in the sun. i wanna wear sun glasses, but when i put them on and take my glasses off, i have trouble seeing the ball when it gets about 100 yards away, maybe farther. so i wanna get contacts or this done. right now contacts is obviously the cheaper choice. but i have to wait till about february/march
I wear daily disposables when I play golf. Throw them away after the 19th hole.

i havent gotten it done yet. ive been pondering the idea for awhile. but it just costs so much. i currently wear glasses and i hate them. i want contacts but the eye surgery would be better. we have a renowned laser eye surgery guy here, dr. tayfor who is one of the bet from what i hear. hes done many athletes eyes and has gotten great reviews and ppl praise him. one problem, i heard that u have trouble seeing at night sometimes. i cant confirm that bc i havent gotten it done. i want to though
It is about Cdn 800 per eye here in Taiwan. I think even people with 20/20 vision have trouble driving at night. I believe LASIK corrects nearsightedness (myopia), but not astigmatism. Therefore, wearing those driving glasses at night should help significantly.
I have been putting it off for 3 years. Seen many people got them done but still haven't done so myself.

@24000-27000 range, I think Volvo S40 is a good for the money. My pick would be between the Acura TSX and Volvo S40. I would probably take the Acura TSX if the range is 27000 since TSX comes with standard Xenon, better stereo system, standard leather, 17" rims, and some extras.
S40 T5 Turbo AWD is pretty nice too but that adds up to about 30k+, in which I would probably settle for the more powerful and better quality Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution.
The best value car out there in my opinion is the Mazda RX-8. Can be purchased at Invoice. $27000-28000 including NAV. Seats 4 adults and the truck is large enough for 2 bodies... I meant golf bags.

Some of you might know who's stomach this is, but let's keep politics and names out of this. Please don't start a poltical debate on this forum. There are other forums for that kind of stuff.
This picture was displayed because it is the most interesting bullet wound I have ever encountered in the short 30 years I have been breathing. The doctor described it as "11-centimetre gash across the front of the stomach." This person carried this injury without notice and attention for quite a while, and then walked into the hosptial without signs of pain on his face.
Questions for TSG viewers are:
1. How long would it take you to notice that you have a 11 cm or 5 inch gash across your stomach?
2. How would you react once you notice that gash?
3. Which action would you take afterwards? [ a. track that SOB down and peel his skin with dull knife ; b. forgive and forget. It's just another small event that occurs in life.]

Well, US dollar is at an all time low since "9/11".
3 years ago, I remembered
US$ 1 = Cdn $1.67. NOW = Cdn$1.2ish. 40% difference.
US$ 1 = Yen 135. NOW = Yen 105. 28% difference
US$ 1 = Twn 35. NOW = Twn 32.9 (against lousy Twn economy). 6.5% difference.
If I have only started school this year, the difference between the conversion I made in 2001 is like a Benz SLK240  +
Well, don't want to discuss my personal belief of why it is like this.

A color camera for backing up? why does that seem weird to me, doesn't turning your head around work as well and cheaper? hmmm..gadgets and gizmos
well, considering the premiums we pay in automobiles (in Asian countries), there better be some neat stuff to compensate.
Only bigger cars like Camry, Teana, and some SUVs and minivans have rear-vision function. The older cars have rear-radar systems. Anyway, when backing up, your NAV screen shows 2 meters of the rear. At night, it is still very clear. It is quite useful in Asia as we don't enjoy big parking lots with big parking spaces like the US and Canada. Furthermore, Taiwan has more damn scooters on the road than any country. It's like Key West spring break every day.
Speaking of different standard features between NA and Asian version cars, the Toyota Corolla Altis Taiwan version has a mini-computer like the BMW 3 series that tells fuel economy and km left in the tank. Also have wood trim and NAV.
Fourteen TC-660. Information needed.
in Japanese Golf Clubs
They are not that pretty compared with the TB1000 and HI969. I guess you got the concept right about HI-660 for long irons since HI-660 is hollow like Fli-Hi so more forgiving. However, you can also consider other driving irons from PRGR or Royal Collection/Sonartec or maybe utility/7wd to fill in the gap.
Stick with your Mp27 dream.
