Eric , when I did my 690.MB's all I did was buy some paint remover dumped it into a small bucket and stuck the heads in for around 15 minutes . Then took a small needle and scraped the paint out . Most of it fell right off so there was not much scrapping to do . Just don't put the clubs to far into the remover as you want to keep the ferruls out of the stuff . Can't remember the name of the stuff I used but it was in a liquid form . Also don't breath too much of it in as you can get quite high from the stuff I used ;silly

I don't really see that most golfers are that concerned with equipment these days... I think each foursome you see has its gear junkie but I think, from what I see, most golfers just use the driver that thier wife bought for them for fathers day, the irons they got when they graduated from college, the wedges thier friend sold to them, and the fairway wood the guy at the pro shop talked them into. I am willing to bet the a lot of people who buy the R7 will never even touch the weights. Don't forget we are in the minority here... the internet brings us freaks together but in the real world we are few and far between. Who are you calling a freak son . No freaks at this site , we are called golf connoisseurs :lol:

Haven't personally done it but I went with my girlfriend when she got her new irons and it was great. The par 3 course there is actually pretty nice. I really want to hop on a launch monitor just to see what the numbers look like. I think it was $25 bucks at Callaway it went towards the purchase of clubs. Yup have just read a review on it . $25 for the irons and $25 for the woods . Won't be making a purchase and will tell them that right at the start . I just want the numbers for future referance .

Have re-read your post Al . Irons were too long , what made you think that in the first place ?? No need to reply tonight though . When I'm in Vegas I want to go to the Cally one , am just hoping I can find the time to do it . If Joe has one great but would like a print out of how/ what my numbers are .

Sorry changed no to now. It was tempting to play today - but my plan to blow out of work early was fouled, as my wife wanted to buy me lunch. :lol: I think I may give the NV one last chance in the driver. Also met a fine gent at the range and just e-mailed him the Tourspec pertinent info. - Hopefully he finds his way to the basement. I wouldn't call that fouled AK . You at least got a free meal out of it :lol: NV again Eh :!: Pretty soon you won't be able to use any of those shafts as they will have been pulled way to many time's . :wink:
