If you play on the older course you'll be right at home. The newer 18 doesn't get as much action from the aircraft. I'm hoping both will be open . They came real close to losing a course past summer due to the lack of water :) . In Oct they only had 18 open . Any idea on when the do there punching and top dressing down in Vegas :?: Might be a better question for chainsaw .

I'm just a little ways south of Tucson and could only get in four holes today before it started snowing. Family is visiting this week and Saturday is supposed to be mid-60s, the first decent day in a week. I spent a week in Vegas last year. Only place I could play at a decent price was at Nellis AFB, just $10 for the cart. Coolest part was the jets taking off along parallel to one of the fairways. Nothing like having a downswing going as a jet is ripping right along. Hey CL found that cool did ya :) Every golf course I've been a member at has been next to a airfield , so I should feel right at home when I play Nellis . Have you ever had the pleasure of having a F 1-11B? take off over your head while tring to make a putt :lol: Scares the crap right out of you :oops:

It'll probably be warmer in a month but it's stuck in the 50's right now and really windy. It sucks. This is the freaking desert after all. I'd for sure be down for a round when you come in, just keep me up to date on the details and I'll set something up. Which part of Canda are you from? One of my good friends here is originally from Canada. I'm living on Vancouver Island BC . In a small little backwater hamlet of Lazo . It's not on any map that I've ever seen :lol: So I just tell everyone I'm from Comox. :) They roll the sidewalks up here at 9PM every night :roll: :lol: Will keep you informed about the dates . Oh man you have no clue... I got exel pumping out graphs and stats like you wouldn't believe.... I don't want to give away all my secrets, but we'll see what works, I am willing to bet though when it comes to golf its all about just getting lucky and picking the right guy on the right day. excel :roll: I'll have you know that I've got apple works doing mine as we speak or should I say type :lol: But you are right , just the luck of the draw :) yeah I was just studying the scoring set up and with the players we have to choose from I think the scientific approach is out the window. The first time I played this , I just put all the names on a dart board and threw darts at them :) Don't know if there is any better way of picking a team this time either . well I have a few theory's ... I wish I had more time I could get really in depth with this. pete we have all the time in the world . Usually at this time of year , I'm gloating . Sitting back and telling my friends and relatives back east how nice it is here . In past years at this time of year it's been right around +5 to + 10 celsius no snow with just a hint of rain in the air :) But this year has been crappy . Lots of snow , and got a big dump last week . Which brings me to today . IT'S FREAKIN SNOWING AGAIN :!: :!: :!: . It will come back and when it does , you will win more than you paid out today :) My driving has been stellar though!!! there is only one guy who can usually get me by 5 or 10yrds, but once I get a real shaft in this mother trucker I'll be carrying his ball easy considering now I get no roll whats so ever! I would say my driver was my most reliable club! hahaha haven't ever been able to say that! Well you just did :) Have you had any luck locating a pullout six yet :?: I guess you are looking for a S correct :?: And not a X . Right now I couldn't even afford a pull out... Al is sending me a Prolite to tryout, that will hopefully tide me over till I can afford to get something more exotic Hey thats great . Hope it works for you .
