Launch Monitor numbers
1. Check your swing on the video, see if you are casting or not. 2. Go w/ a higher kick point shaft, stiffer tip shaft and change the loft of your driver. 3. Try low spin and low launch balls. Ideally, You should be around 14*- 16* on launch angle and in the low 3000 rpm on the spin rate, It's all depending on your handicap and how good of a striker you are and not to forget also on the course condition you are playing ( windy, hard fairway, soft fairway, flat or hilly course, etc ). At your swing speed , a smash factor over 1.45 is pretty good already. Don't forget, Do not to compare it to much w/ a tour players and tour course condition, It's just not a fair comparison at all. I've tried a US Open course condition, I can hit the ball 20 - 30 yards longer than normal. Good Luck! Joe  Joe I'm playing the ONE black but it wasn't the ball I used on the monitor or fitting. I had a video lesson the Sunday after picking it up I do loose the hinge in my wrists a little early at times but definately wasn't casting the club. I do tee the ball up high at least half a balls width above the top edge of the driver at address and an inch or so inside my left heel. My swing path is from the inside with my bad shot usually a hook. Nick

Launch Monitor numbers
Ok just wanting some oppinions really are the numbers I'm producing helping or hindering my game? Before 9.5* R7 TP with Fuji 757. Club spd 95mph, Ball Spd 126mph, Smash 1.33, Launch 17.1*, Spin 4200rpm After this initial test I was told I needed to lower the about 2-3* and lower my spin about 1000rpm, which doesn't seem to have happened. After Nak NP-1 9* with Accra SC65. Club spd 95mph, Ball Spd 137mph, Smash 1.45, Launch 20.8*, Spin 4250rpm What would you guys suggest? Thanks Nick

Nippon and Rifle comparisons?
I was just wondering how the two brands compare as I have been recomended to go from using Rifle 6.0 to either Nippon 950 or 1050 shafts in my irons, from looking at the specs of each there is around a thirty gram difference in the weight of the shafts what are the likely effects of such a large drop?
