  1. [quote="tsg4tch No. Club face angle & club path do that. indeed...one good way to fix is weaken your grip. the only real way to hit a snap hook or to get your club in that position to hit a snapper is to have a really strong grip that turns over way too early.

i dont know if mess up would be the correct phrase, but its gonna make it feel different, considering most grips are about 100 grams lighter... you could always balance it out with lead tape on the sole of the putter...

thats like asking how much new tires cost. its all gonna depend on the shaft price, the work will most likely cost the same. if you want a lower trajectory, go with a heavier shaft, a shorter shaft, and/or a stiffer shaft. depending on how much you want to spend, it could be anywhere from $30-$300. regripping is a little bit easier than reshafting. i always tell people learn to do this yourself because theres no way in hell you should pay someone a labor charge to do it. its simple...get a few old clubs and a few cheap grips and give it a shot. theres instructions on golfsmith.com...youre gonna need grip tape, solvent (mineral spirits will work just fine), and a utility knife (a hook blade works best) to cut an old grip off. good luck and have fun with it! -sammy
