Can some measure their TUBU for me? I'm just trying to get an idea of how big it is. If you could also give a comparison to another mallet that would be cool too!!

I putted so poorly in my tournament today that I'm considering purchasing a new putter. The main measurements I would be interested in are:

    - heel to toe

    - face height

    - leading edge to trailing edge

    Thanks in advance!! :tsg_smilie_smile:

Allright, I ordered a 425 TP and my bank account is empty so I'm trying to raise the funds to pay for the new stick.

    1) Adams RPM Tour Prototype 14.5* - Project X 7.0 9.5/10

I literally just unwrapped this on Wednesday, swapped the shafts, and played nine holes. Hit MAYBE 20 shots, just could not get a shot off the clubface the way I wanted, going to stick with the T-60. Headcover included.

    HEAD ONLY - $125

    W/ Project X - $140

Played this for a couple months and moved on to something else. Great condition, just standard wear, comes with Pingman grip, but could use a replacement. Little bit of lead tape in the cavity as well. NO headcover!!

350g GSS Santa Fe with a welded neck. Finished in 3X Oil Can, all writing in white, large yellow dot on face, smooth sole, 220g True Temper putter shaft, and a black out pingman grip. It would also just have floating "CAMERON" in the rear cavity, and 350g in white letters on the toe. No titleist or tour marking anywhere.

EDIT: I am in the process of building a putter that will be the closet I can come to this with my current budget, pics will be up shortly!!

Okay so I have a Nike T60, raw swingweight at E7 which I really like. However I have decide I do not like the head and I'm picking up an Adams LP Tour.

My question is if I were to switch from the 96g V2, to a 126g Project X; how much would I need the head to weigh in order to achieve the same raw swingweight of E7?

The Nike is 43", HW is 220g, Shaft is 96g, RSW is E7.

I'd probably want the Adams at 42.5 as well.

If someone could provide me with even the formula so I do not need to make more threads like this in the future that would be superb!! TIA!!! :tsg_smilie_cool:

  5. This is my attempt at answering your last question.

I don't think that the steel shafts that pros get are necessarily better than retail, just that the flexs all across their set are more consistent and true to flex. For example if you ordered 5 X100 from golfsmith youd probably get 2 actual x flexs, a weak x, and 2 stiffs. An X100 from the tour van is actually an x100.
