  5. That's sweet man!! Alwats nice to give back to the dude who learned you everything!! I'm taking my pops to the Skins game with Nicklaus, Daly, Garcia, Ames, and Norman. It's pretty much a gift for me too!! hahahah I'm so pumped!!!
  6. Can some measure their TUBU for me? I'm just trying to get an idea of how big it is. If you could also give a comparison to another mallet that would be cool too!! I putted so poorly in my tournament today that I'm considering purchasing a new putter. The main measurements I would be interested in are: - heel to toe - face height - leading edge to trailing edge Thanks in advance!! :tsg_smilie_smile:
  7. ummmmmm :tsg_smiley_yes: Any more pics Chris?

  10. Allright, I ordered a 425 TP and my bank account is empty so I'm trying to raise the funds to pay for the new stick. 1) Adams RPM Tour Prototype 14.5* - Project X 7.0 9.5/10 I literally just unwrapped this on Wednesday, swapped the shafts, and played nine holes. Hit MAYBE 20 shots, just could not get a shot off the clubface the way I wanted, going to stick with the T-60. Headcover included. HEAD ONLY - $125 W/ Project X - $140 2) YES!! Tracy II 8/10 Played this for a couple months and moved on to something else. Great condition, just standard wear, comes with Pingman grip, but could use a replacement. Little bit of lead tape in the cavity as well. NO headcover!! SOLD 3) Callaway Big Bertha Warbird 3-wood with Rifle 6.5 6.5/10 Not much I can say about this one. AWSOME oldskool threewood, finish was sanded off. Looks/feels great. No Headcover. $50 4) Various Shaft Pulls Most of these have only been in a head for 30-50 hits. All are in very good condition, ie no major scratches/clean pulls. Proforce V2 65X .335 tip - 43" SOLD Grafalloy Blue S .335 tip - 41.75" $15 Aldila Adams NV 75s .335 tip - 41.75" SOLD Graphite Design YS7 TX .335 tip - 42" $15 Graphite Design YS8.1 S/X .335 tip - 42.75" $15 All prices are OBO and DO NOT include shipping, please contact me via PM or email (C_Lessoway at hotmail dot com) for a shipping quote. 11. Yeah if that old 300s was easier to hit it would be in the bag of everyone on this site... I wonder if that's what the insert is for??? :tsg_smilie_confused:
  12. I like your shoes... :tsg_smilie_cool:
  13. I was trying to find something like that so I know what I'm doing when I get the new toy!! Good post!!
  14. hahahah WTF? he's looking for a putter dood!! :tsg_smilie_confused:
  15. 350g GSS Santa Fe with a welded neck. Finished in 3X Oil Can, all writing in white, large yellow dot on face, smooth sole, 220g True Temper putter shaft, and a black out pingman grip. It would also just have floating "CAMERON" in the rear cavity, and 350g in white letters on the toe. No titleist or tour marking anywhere. EDIT: I am in the process of building a putter that will be the closet I can come to this with my current budget, pics will be up shortly!!
  16. And there are plenty of guys out there who would be able to bit a slit in the face for you as well... PS that putter is dead sexy!!
  17. So basically this is something that I should take to a clubfitter and dink around with a bit before I come to any conclusions?
  18. Okay so I have a Nike T60, raw swingweight at E7 which I really like. However I have decide I do not like the head and I'm picking up an Adams LP Tour. My question is if I were to switch from the 96g V2, to a 126g Project X; how much would I need the head to weigh in order to achieve the same raw swingweight of E7? The Nike is 43", HW is 220g, Shaft is 96g, RSW is E7. I'd probably want the Adams at 42.5 as well. If someone could provide me with even the formula so I do not need to make more threads like this in the future that would be superb!! TIA!!! :tsg_smilie_cool: DUBBED
  19. I honestly don't know, I've never fiddled with Nippons before. If you purchase them through a local clubmaker he could probably tweak them around for you so that the flex is consistent.
  20. This is my attempt at answering your last question. I don't think that the steel shafts that pros get are necessarily better than retail, just that the flexs all across their set are more consistent and true to flex. For example if you ordered 5 X100 from golfsmith youd probably get 2 actual x flexs, a weak x, and 2 stiffs. An X100 from the tour van is actually an x100.
  21. Yeah I'd have to say that the set-up view of the x-blades really caught my eye!! I think they look great and from the looks of it have the least offset of any of those sticks. PS THANK YOU for not testing a bunch of drivers!! It's nice to see some iron testing for a change.
