  1. If you draw a line straight up from the ball at address your left ear should be pressed around that line. Then if you draw a box around your head, your head should remain in that box for the duration of your swing. So the anser to your question is yes your head is too far behind the ball.
  2. I'll sell you mine for $350, check out the B/S/T. You have PM also.

  5. DAMN!! What other colors do those come in?
  6. Thanks for the quick reply Ari, you know us hos get when new clubs just don't come fast enough.
  7. I'm in the same boat, I sent Ari an email last night to verify that my irons actually got shipped two weeks ago. I placed my order on April 4. Seeing your post doesn't make me feel any better either.
  8. sly_sam, we have those covers in our proshop. I'm also pretty sure if you checked at golftown they'd have them there as well.
  9. Is there another version of that shaft that cycles around 290?

This is something I'm working on with my coach. On video we draw a line from my left ear to the ball, and then draw a box around my head. My goal on every swing is to keep my left ear pressed agains that line and keep my head inside the box.
  11. I have that EXACT tool which is used to re-groove worn out faces, not to use during the round. If you want to straighten out and sharpen old wedges that tool works great, you just slide it back and forth through each groove a couple times and voila. If you need something to keep your grooves clean during a round get a little scrub brush or something.

I would say get the higher loft with a slightly heavier, tip stiff shaft. The loft of the club with launch it high and the shaft will give you a flatter ball flight with even less spin than you already have. BUT I'd wait for Joe to chime in before you take any of our advice.
  13. Holy emoticon whore....
  14. DAMMIT can you guys quit it with all these threads about scratch until I get my irons?!?!?! I'm about to have a seizure!! :fever: :wah: *breathes into brown paper bag*
  15. HAHA nice Canadian girls WOOT WOOT!!
  16. Actually it was exactly what you were asking. :tired:
  17. Depends on many things. It could potentially make you hit the hard hook. EDIT: Just practicing swing path isn't going to make you hit the ball straighter is what I'm trying to say.

hahaha Odie looks like he would be a good caddie. He even cleans your balls for you!!
  19. I'm playing the 670s right now, and everytime I set up to one I feel like I'm looking down at a shovel. Can't wait for the scratch blades to come in.
  20. This reminds me of those high schools fights were you'd ask a friend, "Got my back?" and when the fight goes down you can see him on the sidelines while you're getting some dental work. Except these dodgers are letting the entire American and Iraqi population down.
  21. YUP I have a shim in my d-stick right now and I wouldn't have the slightest clue if they didn't tell me it was there.
  22. Upright no, flatter no. You just need to find your personal plane, and adjust your swing path so you attack along that plane. When you come over the top this means that you are swinging over that plane. I have an incredibly upright swing, but I am almost perfectly on plane. Try videotaping your swing and see what you are doing that is causing you to swing out to in.

I have the Nike/Diamana combo. Honestly I think it is by far the most solid feeling club I have hit in my life, for the first time I am completely content with my tee club.
