  1. I have never hit the 660, but the tour release is a very weak shaft. I would expect them to be very different.
  2. I need some help figuring out a driver problem. I purchased a nakashima 380 driver and have a Harmon GXS at 44.5 inches, SW is D2. My swingspeed is 105 to 108 and all I can hit with this club are hooks. They are long but hook about 15 to 20 yards. My current driver is a Titleist 975J with a Harmon FZS - fully inserted at 44.5 inches and D4.5 SW. I hit that club great - work it either way, high or low. So what if any ideas do you all have ?
  3. Let me know the dates. I am interested since I play there every year anyway.
  4. I have a pro 95 X untipped but pulled from a 983 head - it was not a full insertion - prep area is 1.5 inches - clean pull by Joe

You can drive to Canada and do that exact same thing. I bought an early so called tour head without a serial number - after tracking the person that was selling them - he sold over 20 of these so called drivers. I emailed a couple of people and found out he was buying from a golf course in Canada and selling them as tour issue clubs. Fuji speeder 757's are easy to come buy. I also looked at a demo cart in Las Vegas and not one head had a serial number.

Actually - you have to trust the person selling the club. I have had tour issues of Titleist that have and have not had the serial number. I also know for a fact that many demos have no serial numbers and clubs in Canada have no serial number.
  7. I will agree that the MR23's are shorter then many other irons - I am finding them to be between 1/2 and 1 club shorter.
  8. which putter is it since the pic doesn't work
  9. thanks - but no one here actually plays with one?
  10. Could I get some feedback regarding the two ball blade putters from the tour or aftermarket weight adjustments ? Someone here must have one.
  11. The Pro V1 diamond was a ball designed to replace the pro V1 - more spin and softer - it did not take on tour and was never released.
  12. They were replaced with the Pro V1X ball - older model
  13. Talk to Joe Kwok - he can get it for you
  14. Pete - how much for a driver will make a difference
  15. Thanks Jeff - but I have a story about SW. I had a set of Pings reshafted from ZZ-65's to DGS400's. The SW was 4 points different - no real clue on the overall weight - but all I could do is shank or blade them. I added lead tape to make up the swingweight, and they were fine.
  16. I pose this question after talking to some people that state swingweight has little to know effect on the golf swing. They say the overall weight is more important. What does people here believe. I personally believe that swing weight is important.
  17. I like the round grips myself
