Today, I read the Golf Digest article by Jim Hardy. It made perfect sense to me. It showed what moves I could or could not do with my one-plane swing regarding stance width, spine angle, weight distribution, etc. I can't wait to get to the course tomorrow!

If I soft stepped Project X 5.5's once, how much more flexible would it play? As flexible as 5.0?

Put it on the heel for draw, toe for fade, near the sole for high, near the top for low. Applying lead tape will increase the swingweight. Hope this helps.

Regarding the Pro Combo utility, it's a decent club, easy to hit, but the Speed Step shaft is terrible, way too light and whippy (S flex). I have to swing really easy at it. I am planning on putting in a PX 5.5 in the utility as well as all my irons (again, stupid Speed Step). And yes, the 35 yd. gap is a little big but it hasn't seemed to be a problem.
