  1. " When testing prototype putters, all aspects of usage must be covered: 5 footers, 20 footers and .....other things."
  2. Nice driver, real techy looking.
  3. Well Tiger dumped Butch Harmon after all his success that he had with him. There was no bad feelings intended for anybody, including you and me. There may have even been more to it then you know. There are plenty of cases where guys on Tour will switch to a new teacher after some success because of any of a million reasons, you just don't hear about it because they aren't a very hyped up person. Anyway for what it's worth he's a great talent so watch out this season.
  4. Both of their left hand grips are alot weaker then before. I think this helps them control the ball better as it helps them to fade as I think some others have said here. both of their grips have gone from fairly strong to pretty much nuetral. Both of their set-ups are better too, they have the ball up in their stance rather then more to the middle.
  5. Sean O'Hair had a wicked rookie season last year, including a win and the John Deer. So what do think of his swing, and how do you think he'll fair as the 2006 PGA Tour season progresses?
  6. Reteif is known for his quiet and deadly deminer, his hollow emotions on course, and his smooth swing that gives him the "Little Easy" nickname. He combines power and finesse to make one of the best swings in golf.... There may be some moves to copy from the two time U.S. Open champ.
  7. Ever though of becoming a Titleist Tour Staff some day. :tsg_smiley_laughatyou: Anyway nice set-up there, Titleist is a great choice for any club in the bag.

I love the TourStage Shegeki Signature wedge. Looks sweet!
  9. I love the way the face looks. Since I've joined this forum, I've been introduced to these putters from Guage Design and they are exteremly impressive.

I've never tried these, but heck, if they're decent and not as pricey as those CG 10s I'll cosider this for my new Gap wedge. Sounds like a tip-top choice.
  11. Alright what's the best import brand for: Driver: ??? Fairway/Utility: ??? Irons: ??? Wedges: ??? Putter: ??? And anything else (you can think of): ???
  12. In terms of import, you're definately ruling this forum. One of the only other players with that much import is the import king himself, TourSpecGolfer.
  13. Do you have to enter again for each of the contests? If so: I'm in for it again.
  14. That's a pumped set-up. Great set-up.

That's a pretty colourful set-up there. The Pink driver is definately bright and eay catching.
  16. I love the Godzilla one, the Panda Bear one is cool too. I even wouldn't mind having the Sumo.
  17. Does this count for total posts since joining or total posts since entering the contest?

How's that Nike SQ Tour working out for you?
  19. sly_sam replied to sly_sam's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Okay, right at the moment the head going into it is a Cleveland 400, unless I get ahold of a Nike SQ Tour soon. That probably won't happen to I'll be pulling that shaft from the Cleveland 400 and putting it into the SQ Tour later on. Between smooth and agressive, I'm closer to agressive. I surely don't coast through it like Big Easy. I'm not quite a JD or a TW either.
  20. Do you ever notice any yardage gaps with only 12 clubs? Also, have you tried different lofts/bounces/grinds with your wedges? You don't need to have a lob wedge in your set necissarally. As for the woods, there are many choices out there, perhaps you could look into some other brands or styles.

Can you put whatever you want under the grip? Like your name for example.
  22. Also look out for Bloc Party and Death From Above 1979. Two great bands out there. If your down for Hip Hop, check out K-OS.
  23. Cool, both blade models this year. I like the idea of limited edition/number putters as collectors items, especially if they have them every year.
  24. Is there a down-the-line sequence of Sergio here? I always like to see both angles.
  25. And to think, Ernie never took golf very seriously as a kid and even a teenager. One of the most coveted swings in all of golf and he wanted to be a pro Rugby player instead. Makes you admire his all around atheleticism that allows him to be so sharp and so powerful. This also gives him that good touch around the green.
