  1. Enjoy your hot chocolate set. An i pod can't keep you warm, although it still can do alot of other things that hot chocolate could only dream of. Maybe next year you'll get the i pod.

My swing is at 105 mph right now and I'd like to know what flex I should get for this. Also, can I get some info on how tha ball flies (trajectory, distance, stability)? Thanks Sammy
  3. The look of MacGreggor has gone from extreme tradidtional, to extreme techy.

I have a Tracy, great roll. As for that comment there that seemed a little strange, I think he was realting a divorce of his old putter for this new putter.
  5. Just got Coldplay - X&Y. Great album. Check it out sometime.
  6. Well, many times companies will have a matching sytem based of handicap or swing speed. Use this as a guid to decide what your going to buy. Trying is definately priority before you make any purchase for golf. Shafts are tough to do, but demo days can help with that.
  7. You need to buy one of the new r7s like the up coming 460 version, or the current 425. It'll be long like your Comp 460, but it'll match your bag better.
  8. I like the Rosa bag. Are the TP Wedges decent?
  9. What putting grip do you use? If you have the conventional grip you'll find that you may move the putter off line when you take it back. That's exactly the problem I had early in the year, I switched to cross-handed and everything changed. Of course, any grip change takes a little time for you get your feel for didstance back, but the mechanics will be better, and once you have the feel back in you hands with the new grip, you won't have to think about your grip for one second and stroke can be all feel.
  10. A great swing doesn't have to be picture perfect. Paula has a great swing with good power and accuracy. Her ball-flight is slight draw that's quite high. In my opinion, she has one of the best swings on the LPGA Tour.
  11. Well I'm not a Scotty fan but those look like some nice putters. I'd love to have all those nice custom colours on my putter. I'm thinking, switch the regular colours of my Yes! putter, like the yellows and the blacks, with a lime green paint fill. I'd love to have that done by a professional, but since its not a scotty, i can't send it to the custom shop that they have set up.
  12. I like Campbells grind so much I may just get one exactly like it. I wonder what it does for shot preformance? Anyway, it looks narly so that's all that matters right now.
  13. No, kidding. One of the worlds top teachers could help anyones game. Nevermind a young phenom.
  14. The X Tour driver would be a nice match to X Tour irons, wouldn't it?
  15. Wedge picking is tough unless you can try before you buy. if you like TM, look into them. Titleist spin milled isn't a bad choice either.
  16. I like the Taylormade Tour headcover. The colours and style look real nice. If your a TM player, you'll like this one.

When it comes to import companies, you got the bag!
  18. Way to go! Contests are always a fun way of spicing up a forum site. Good job!
  19. I don't see why people want the ball going so low. If it goes high, but you don't lose any distance your okay. You can put it back in the stance and hit a stinger (one of my favourite shots), when it gets windy. But the height, under normal conditions, can never hurt anyone, especially in the long irons. If you need a stiffer shaft, go with that. Changing the lofts will mess you up too much.

Any traditional blade type is gonna be a pretty nice putter from the sounds of it. Or at least nice looking.
  21. Scratch blades seem worth the money, and they can custom to order all the club specs. Finishes and paintfills too. I've only heard good things from Scratch Golf Wedges and Irons.
  22. One of the noted improvements is that the new club shape and CG position help the ball get up quiker than that of the old V Steel. One of the forum memebers who has two V Steel 2s said that exact same thing, gets up quicker and has more hieght. It least we know now that it's a noticable difference.
  23. Yeah, I saw those in the Pro Shop. They have a way better shape than any other callaway fairway wood I've ever seen. Wonder how they play?
  24. Three very recent sequences that are good quality (commentary by David Leadbetter):
