hey ima go to AZgolfworks in tempe. last time i was there they had a few j33r and j33p for demoing. from my experience they are def. solid heads. very square and a tad bit a lower trajectory but very penetrating.
  3. on most grips if you fold up the bottom end it will have a number imprinted on the there 56, 58, 60, 62 etc etc that will tell you what the current butt size grip is on there. 56= .560 58= .580 etc etc
  4. Did they rebuild the motors? I read in one of the picture books from the movie that all the cars were stock. In 2 fast, the supra had a visible engine, which was really a picture of a tuned up engine, that's on the DVD. the chrome/polished pimped out one was the one that was built iirc. it was probably all stock internal's since stock 2JZ can make 600whp all day long on that.

that would me my assumption it was only listed in the japanese site http://www.gd-inc.co.jp/index-e.htm click on "gd shafts" and you can get the specs for the shafts if you havent already

not sure about the offset. but when changing the loft you alway need to check the lie also. any skilled bender can usually get it right with one bend without changing the lie, but the lie angle should be checked after the inital 2* bend and loft needs to be checked again after the lie is fine tuned if needed until both specs met the requirements.
  7. lol i'm waiting for the days of virtal wives/girlfiends, no nagging not headaches, complaining to cheating. life is great.
  8. our shop built some 2jz motors for that stupid ass movie which gave us no credit for the work we did.

  10. Macgregor were never known for their putters. only one that you might get a little more then $30-60 is probably the tommy armour iron masters putters in good condition from that era iirc.
  11. man they sure love using tungsten over seas. seems like every other club in jpn uses tungsten
  12. how about a 10 sec evo VIII? how about a 1500wrhp street legal single turbo supra with full interior? how about a twin turbo Viper? :money: :surprize: obiviously it's a lot more work then 10k. just some of our shop project race cars at a place i work P.T.
  13. AGREE the accusers were so shady. using their kid to rob michael of his money. now, Who's Bad? I can just see MJ walking out of court singin "Beat it!!"
  14. not in stock form it's real easy to get 300 rwhp, but like i said earlier, when you do need to work on the car it really is a nightmare. ask any 300zx TT owner
  15. what? margerine good for you? it's one molecule away from the being plastic. leave it out side, flys won't even go near it.
  16. well it really depends what you consider fast and what they can afford. most of these kids are in it for the trend. cheap ebay shoppers, buying crap quality products to make their car sound like rattle cans. sure you can buy an old muscle car and make it fast, but also many of these kids don't have the money or patience to restore and work on cars. Majority of the older muscle cars that they can probably afford will need a lot of work. :money: one good thing about your neighbor, depending on the model of eclipse many where factory turbocharged and even some where awd models. with a few modification you can easily get this car into the mid 11's on the stock block and a trubo and ecu retune. civics... i wont even get into that. imho it's just a money pit. next time you see their car see if there is a GS-t, GSX or Tsi badging on their cars.
  17. mmm not really 300zx are calleed that because of the motor size it is a 3.0l VG30E or DE. the z32 300zx 1990-1996 came with the vg30de or vg30dett (tt=twin turbo) the TT version was rate aprox 280hp to the crank meaning its more like 240hp to the ground. on top of that its a pretty heavy dog. as much as I love nissan's the z32 300zx is one car I will never recommend. the engine compartment is a nightmare. you have pull the motor out if you are going to go something besides change the sparkplugs, oil or fuel filter. trust me it's a major PIA car to own.
  18. 1992 240sx i've had for about 7 years now. needs new paint and have a craploads of other stuff i need to install just sitting at the shop i work at. lol http://www.kf-webdesigns.com/mini-DSC05223.jpg http://www.kf-webdesigns.com/mini-DSC05224.jpg 2nd Scion xB Release Series 2.0 819 of 2500 Solar yellow Stock. stock stock. my daily driver.
  19. The tour players can wear flip flop with sunflowers on them and people will still go out buy them
  20. not to step on anyone's toes, but imho the plane concept is just a repackaged concept of upright and flat swings. nothing really new imho. just clever marketing.
  21. kenfuji replied to jerry1967's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
only way i can think of that occuring is if you have a very weak left hand grip position

yikes gasoline.. we used minerial spirits and naptha at the shop where i worked in NY.
  23. i still don't understand how staying on the face longer equates to longer drives. i mean if you drop a ball on a tenstioned rubber band it will give, stay on the face longer, but it will lose more energy transfer compared to rubber band that is tension tighter where it will not stay on the face longer. confused....
