  1. It is the standard Nippon NS-Pro. Since I am a low ball hitter, I was going to put a prolaunch shaft in it and try to get almost a ballooning type flight (almost but not quite). But will this make a bullet shooting hybrid turn into a soft / high hitting hybrid?
  2. I have a 19* X-UT hybrid (with Nippon steel shaft) that does not hit it as high as I would like it. I tried the new prolaunch HYBRID shaft in a new Mizuno hybrid and launched it a mile high. Was just wondering how much higher can I hit this club if I change shafts? Or just give up and sell the thing. P.S My driver speed is approx 106 and I hit my Fourteen cast 5 iron comfortably 185. Workin on loading the shaft more everyday! Thanks in advance!

I tried the forged 770 and found them to be very nice and "soft." Buy them in the states if you want a cheaper deal, they are priced like any high end US golf club here now that they are trying to enter a very competitive mkt.
  4. If you look at the website, you will see that Irvine is where they are based. Look up the website and it will give you a big list of authorised retailers. Or just call them, they are helpful good guys.
  5. www.fourteengolf.com The website is all in english.
  6. I just took delivery of the cast TC-770 yesterday evening. Let me say first off that I pretty much ruled out ever buying japanese golf equipment. The reasons being:- 1/ Cost 2/ The short irons. Yikes!!!!!!! 3/ No ability to demo the clubs first. 4/ Reverse offset. 5/ Never cared for the forged vs cast debate. Flush shots on decent clubs all "feel" the same to me (I accept that there might be performance differences). 6/ No after sales service. Having said all that, I took a chance when Fourteen golf opened up in Irvine, California. Long story short, all 6 reasons why I ruled out Japanese clubs are now gone where the brand Fourteen is concerned! Great clubs; great people to deal with (demo clubs available at stores that carry their equipment); great price (same price as Cally or TM. LOL. This might stop some from purchasing their equipment); Great short irons. Oh yeah, these are amazing looking and performing clubs. A TRULY forgiving yet workable iron. Thanks Fourteen!!

MP-27 long irons have the cavity flange sticking out when viewed from address. Otherwise pleasant.
  8. I can finally get my set cause I dont need to wait to buy these.
  9. Do the 202's have silly offset in the short irons?
