2008 Onoff Plus Driver
I love the look of the black model; what cool lines. This is on my short list right now; just want to see the in hand pics and get some critical data; face angle, headweight, etc. Thanks again Gocchin for the update; I would love to be one of the first to use this driver and do a full review with pics.

2008 Onoff Plus Driver
This bad boys looks very nice; do we have any feedback yet? I know it mentions 12/28 release in the Pro Shop but I was hoing to hear the buzz. Is this an MOI driver? This guy loaded with an Ozik F7M2 would be something to behold; almost like art.

Mizuno Custom Grinds?
May I suggest the MP-37's; very similar to your 29's.

2008 Black TourStage 445cc Driver w/ PICS!
Is it me or does this model look very similar to the Titty 905R. Almost identical face profiles. Granted I haven't held this bad boy in my hands so I might be way off the mark.

WTS: Mint PRGR 900MD
I'm going to reduce the price of this set to a crazy $750 shipped CONUS. You wouldn't be able to reshaft your current irons with TT Tour Concepts for that price! First come first serve, I have a lot of tire kickers so this price drop should get the job done. If you buy them tonight the 56* Gauge Design type A wedge comes with it; that's nuts! Thanks guys...

WTS: Mint PRGR 900MD
Equivalent to S300's but much more plush and refined. Tour Concept shafts are awesome! I'm going to sweeten the pot for one day only; whoever grabs these tonight will also recieve a free 56* Gauge Design Type A wedge in fantastic condition; hardly used. This is a rare wedge with a matte finish and a raw black oxide style face. It's shafted with a Nippon 950 as well. Thats a dozen balls and a free wedge...any takers?

Epon AF-701 Iron Review
What is the difference between the Tour AD Pro's and the Tour AD 115's? I'm sending my Pro's back to GD Intl USA (cool) and was trying to find a sutable replacement. Doe's anyone have picks of the 115's by chance? Thanks guys....

WTS: Mint PRGR 900MD
Also; I would consider trades for the right set of mint blades or players CB's with minimal offset (Golds, Epons etc.). Also might consider highend JDM drivers in 9.5*-10.5* lofts depending on brand and shaft setup (X-flex a plus!). I will give these two days here before I post them on other sights simply out of loyalty to the marketplace so grab these suckers while they are hot! Give me what I'm asking today and I will include one dozen free Bridgestone B330 or B330S; your choice. Thanks

WTS: Mint PRGR 900MD
For sale is a mint (lightly used three rounds) set of PRGR 900MD's built with chrome TT Tour Concept S3's. The irons are D2/D3 and spined (superior swingweight to stock). If you have never experienced Tour Concepts you are in for a real treat; one million times better than the stock shaft offering. Gripped with prototype teal Lamkin Crosslines label up (they have a small reminder rib). I will include the origional shafts with plastic still on the grips. As a reference my build tech is one of the very best in the country (worked on many tour players clubs) so feel confident that these are dead on the money! I'm able to sell at this price because I recieved the shafts (brand new) free of charge from a local Nationwide Tour player. This is one heck of a nice set of forged mid size cavity backs with just enough offset; please feel free to PM with any questions and thanks. (Note: purchased from Tourspec so authenticity is guaranteed) $825 $595 via paypal and shipped USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation (CONUS) next business day. Huge price drop; this is one hell of a deal here folks. At this point I will entertain trades for sweet JDM equipment. I'm a low handicap player so tour level equipment would be the right demographic. Thanks guys, someone snatch these up already! BB

A look inside Bettinardi Golf
Very cool looking facility; how cool would that be to have the putter green floors. I think Bettinardi's DASS lineup is as good as anything currently available. Just as the Circle T's and the Golds Factory lines you are going to pay for it as well.

Yamaha 2008 Lineup Preview Video
I wish they labeled these Yamaha somewhere; the V Forged look very nice. It would be a cool blast from the past for the american golfer.

Miura Limited Edition Blades reviewed
I've always found the Miura finish to be superior to anything else out there. My 201's are almost two years old and still look fantastic; like new. For a buttery soft iron the finish is incredible. I believe very strongly that Miura is the best I've ever played. Although I must admit that the Golds Factory offerings appear to share very similar high quality aspects but I've never had the luxury of seeing them in person.

Insight needed PRGR 900 MD Irons
PM sent; I have EXACTLY what you are looking for.

PX
Based on my experience with both markets and PX; the profile of the shafts wouldn't strike me as something the Japanese market would embrace...stiff as a brick and lean towards being extremely harsh when mis hit. Personally I can't stand them; make my teeth chatter when you miss the sweet spot. I purchased a set of Srixon Pro-100's this season and they happened to be shafted with PX 6.0's. While they where extremely stiff my swing held up until the joints in my hands literally started to hurt. Whatever, they are gone now. That's why; at least my guess...

DREV by NGS
Yes GD USA, again I'm not saying they aren't really nice folks however simply didn't care about the quality issues what so ever. Didn't really want to address the issue at all quite honestly. I'm not going to press the issue what so ever but I will never use another Tour AD product unless somebody steps up and shows a bit of empathy. Let's face it; none of use in business like to deal with painful customer service issues like this but to be great we must right? In the long run it hurts us more than the actual process itself. Example; take the time to review my irons; send me a new warranty set and now I know how how soft the paint is so next time I do things differently; WOW how excited about GD USA would I be. Let's put it this way, this post would be moving in a very different direction. Hopefully I'm not coming across as "that guy" because this is not my intention.

Fourteen's New Irons TC 550 & TC 1000 w/PICS!
The 1000's look amazing; Chris you mentioned offset, as a reference would you say on line with my Tourstage CB 2's or my PRGR 900MD's? I'm thinking based on the topline comments they are on line with a 690.cb or something like that? These are drop dead gorgeous sticks, I just hope for me personally not too much offset.

The paint is actually rubbing off quite badly; it's weird. I should stop and say; the finish looks cool but is holding up quite poorly. Nothing wrong at all with the physical paint job when "new" but it's now rubbing off from routine use. I think it would be very hard to capture in pics due to the shafts being black but I will try. I'm definitely not the type of person to offer negative criticism with a grain of salt. I've been around highend golf products for a very long time including graphite iron shafts so I'm confident that my opinion here is spot on. While I completely understand that graphite will never hold up like steel something is still not quite right; and for this kind of cash investment it should be right and that's the only reason for my questionable feedback. Also, I offered to send the entire set back to Graphite Design so they could actually see my concerns and they immediately made reference to "no cash refunds" when I hadn't asked for one. This issue is another all together but shouldn't a product that's represented as the "Mercedes" of graphite iron shafts be supported as such? Having said this; technically they play awesome and deliver the goods; this is the frustrating part. If I suffered from a poor technical outcome; they would be pulled and on there way back to GD already. Again; my friends at GD are really cool folks so I can't say I was treated in a poor manner at all but it is quite clear that they are more focussed on the act of "selling" shafts than dealing with Q&A issues such as this one. Bascially; they could care less and hey that's life right?

Interesting; I have no idea why these are holding up so poorly.

I went with the Drev Pro in stiff flex. I believe it's a bit more stout than most of the Drev lineup; the fellas can offer much more insight into the details than I can. It has worked out incredibly well in my BBD type H II driver; extemely long and hot with well above average feel. This again reinforces the my belief that a driver does not need to exceed 425cc to be very long and accurate. The better players would love this setup; easy to work with high initial launch and low spin...perfect. To answer your second question; from a pure performance standpoint the Tour AD Pros are exactly what I thought they would be. Very tight shot dispersion with zero ballooning and good weight. I must say they do play much softer to flex than I anticipated for X-flex shafts (freaked at a very soft stiff); in regards to my needs to soft for the heat of the summer but in the cold fall Ohio air they are just about right. One big fat glaring (and expensive!) issue however is the paint finish; it's aweful. Entirely to soft for iron shafts; actually quite surprised at the miss by GD Japan. Therefore my irons look terrible for the short amount of time I've actually played them. Based on the large expense of these shafts this issue alone will force me to give them a major thumbs down; sorry! Yes it's that bad but on a positive note the Drev is getting an overwhelming thumbs up for it's overall quality, performance and feel. Hope this helps a bit; would love to hear other experiences with GD Japan paint finishes both good and bad to be fair. When I spoke with my contact I was told the average Japanese player uses shaft covers and replaces his equipment yearly. Sounds a bit fishy for my taste; no excuse for poor manufacturing Q&A. This is stricktly my two cents...

I hope they are nice; I just had my tour issue RC BBD Type H II driver (rare 425cc 10* five screw model, sweeet!) with the Drev Pro I picked up from Chris. It's a stiff flex at 263 cpm's and that's perfect for me. I honestly got lucky with the early numbers as I didn't know a darn thing about this shaft other than the weight and specs where spot on for my game. This baby spined dead perfectly which I rarely see from any shaft at any price. Appears to be extremely well made. I will say it feels nice and tight when waggled. I will do a full review after I get it in the game. This driver head is equally as pretty and screams quality as well. If I guessed right this setup should be very similar to my 425TP from a spin standpoint with a hair more launch. When I first got this driver from my tour guys (got it from Japan for US core testing purposes) it was shafted with a 80gr cooper ion Creation which was way to heavy for me. Just as an FYI; if anyone ever wondered about these RC drivers well THEY ARE LONG!

10.5* MP Craft
Thanks guys; very helpful info. I'm still one the fence....so confused! I really want to bag this driver but I have soooo many clubs I should sell first. Darn nice one's at that. I think it's time for Big ben's winter sell off. Keep your eye's open because this sale should be epic!
