The Old Clubhouse in Kuala Lumpur fits Epon - they have all their new gear. Give Edwin Chek a call 6-019-3320021. Sure they can ship to Jakarta.
  2. From looking at the photos, I'd recommend you flatten the lie a couple degrees! Looks like the wear's a little towards the heel of the sole. Just a thought. :) Nice wedges.
  3. These wedges are even better looking in person - I only got the smooth gold finish. Screams quality. The sole goes a lovely bright golden colour after use...assune it will darken slightly when not used. Could not be happier with them. I sold my initial run in a day - just had to show a customer the head - done deal. Waiting for the next shipment - impatiently!

Don't think yours is fake - I had a TP R7 years ago with that shaft as stock - but there are tons of fake TM heads. They are practically cosmetically perfect - but there is a simple way to see if it's a counterfeit..if it has the MWT screws. The head weights tend to be off aswell. Take a weight out and weigh it - if they are real they are always spot on. The fakies are never correct because they don't use the correct materials to make them - they are always made from STEEL, rather than aluminium for the light weight screws or Tungsten for the heavy ones. Invariably the 2gram screws weigh 4 grams, but the 12 & 14gram screws weigh only 9 or 10grams.

The Epon EMB is 194g. The two I've measured anyway.
  6. Hi, Singapore hasn't an official distributor, but there is one in Malaysia...if that helps You can get the new Epon irons/wedges in Kuala Lumpur - at two locations - Isetan @ the new Mid Valley Gardens, and customised at The Old Clubhouse in Bangsar, KL... Contact number (6)019-332 0021 cheers! Al.
  7. The heads are not cast in China. All of Ping's Iron and Putter heads are cast/milled in their Dolphin Foundry in Pheonix. Their driver heads are cast in China tho'...apparently the technology for vacuum-centrifuge casting titanium is better in China. If they could make them at home, they would, but they can't! They say it's not a cost thing.... Same colour code 'dot' system, as for all their irons. Lofts are stronger, offset is less. cheers.

Hi. They're called Rapture J. They have the same offset as I5's, and are available not only in Japan, but also other Asian markets. I fit and sell a fair few of them here in Malaysia. As Chris mentioned, the lofts are also stronger (much like the Asian Spec G5's which have a 'SL' above the G5 on the medallion - Strong Loft) The Rapture J (look for the 'J' on the medallion) are assembled in Japan, NOT made there...the heads are sent there from Pheonix.... Very happy with them...if I want the American Raptures, I can also have them..we're lucky in that regard as I heard that the Rapture J will not be offered as an option in North America... Cheers!
