Title says it all. Heads only or complete doesn´t matter: Thanx Magnus
  2. Maybe it was this occasion?
  3. It´s on the green. You´re maybe not used playing from there :spit:
  4. Yes it was me. Who took the cred? I have to sue(maybe wrong spelling, if so sorry) his ass :smile2:
  5. Don´t know if I posted this when I took it, but what do you think. Doesn´t Els Pro V1 have Hexagon dimples, or am I blind?
  6. Well of course if you try 30 different combos, you will hit h.cor drivers farther. I talked with a clubmaker who designes drivers for a brand here in sweden about this and he says that it will make max 10 yards with everything properly fitted, as you wrote. But who plays with right fitted drivers out there? I totally agree with you that if you compare two custom made identical drivers, one high cor, hopefully the h.cor will go farther. But my point is that some of thoose plain retail drivers won´t difference so much. Or maybe you have tested this to plain retail drivers? Finally I can´t understand why you make your opinion based of trying two different drivers. A TP and R300 are not same built. Try one R300 tour and one 300 tour, that would be interesting.
  7. Well i´m living in Sweden and plays the R7 max and I can say that 0.86 cor really makes no different. The swedish golf federation made a test betwen 0.83 and 0.86 driver in a robot machine called "iron byron". If hit in the sweet spot high cor drivers were maybe 10 yards longer BUT if it didn´t´hit sweet spot the high cor was sometimes 10 yards shorter! The sum was that maybe most amateurs really don´t use the benefits of high cor drivers. The right shaft and loft makes more different.

Looking for a Bobby Grace 6.4, macgregor or pre macgregor. Anyone?? Maybe trade with my Launcher 460 10.5 head??
  9. First, let me tell you that I´ve had two TM tour drivers, and they are not longer with me. Ok my R300 is, but soon it will be gone I hope. I got one one of them from a tour player that was sponsered by taylor made. He just called the TM office and som edays later, the driver arrived. Interesting was that it said loft 9, but was actualy 7.5 compared to retail drivers. I think that some of us are stupid when buying Tour equipment. At least 80% of us cannot handle them correctly, and honestly, do we train and play golf everyday? Do we drive a Formula1 car everyday cause we like fast cars? Every tour head out there have been customized to a tourplayer who maybe want to hit low fades. Imaging that club in an amatuer fader...It must be chaeper AND better to see a pro and customize after your spec. Sadly some think it´s cool to play tourclubs. They are bragging of increasing 30 yards, never hook anymore... I don´t believe that for a sec! People have just found a way of making easy money. I can take myself as an example. I´m 4 hcp and hits most of the time the ball with a good swing. One day, after have been reading of how stupid we are playing retail, I purchased a tour driver. Man, I hit it so badly. Now I´m happily finding the fairways with a retail R7 and Cleveland 460 both in 10.5 and with Reg NV. And I´m recommended with my ss110 stiff and 9.5. But no I stick to my amateurstuff, and really why should I change? Personally I know how to make a draw/fade, but I don´t think my club decides it. My swing does.
  10. I want to buy a Aldila NV65 Regular shaft. PM me!!!

Ok guys. Here´s a test from a swedish magazine that really shows how good the new drivers are. The Magazine is "Svensk Golf" our Swedish golf assosiations magazine. The test was made in the US and the drivers was in the hands of the machine "Iron Byron". The swing speed was set on 90 mph, all the shaft was standard regular. The test measured carry, ball speed, spinn, launch angle, precision and loss of distance when not in the sweetspot. Cause we are measuring everething in meters I hope you can calculate this into yards. Here´s the results and I put the drivers in how they were ranked. 1.
