  1. When is GM going to step up - GM needs an LS7 Corvette of the 2000's 8O NO what GM needs to do is do a retro like ford has . Bring back the big bad 427 all aluminum engine in , lets say a split window coupe . Add a rock crusher 4 or 5 speed tranny ( only need the clutch when starting and stopping ) and nothing made in NA would even come close to touching it . :!: :!: I thought the LS7 was the fastest produced vette at 500 h.p. What was the blue white stripped 60's series GT Vette ? - that would be cool - flared out 67 coupe - or a split window combo - Mike you and I should join the GM test team.

Anyone have an idea ? - other than a Fusion driver
  6. I am also interested as you see most pro's at like 44.5" . Is there a rule of thumb to follow. An inch seems like a big reduction.

i know a lot of people around here are waiting to see thier work... I am telling ya... if they had a better webpage they'd get so much more business. CCC's price is right - we need more pics of the putters - can anyone post ?
  10. I am not sure I understand how you guys are getting fitted - Most people that need longer clubs nomally also require them to be bent more upright -but if it works and you can control the length - go with it. Keep in mind that the pros even change - when Ernie Els switched to Titleist he went a 1/2 inch shorter for greater control.

I used jell but used a hobby paint brush to apply - 15 minutes then used a small stiff brush to remove. Do not get it on the ferrules. No damage at all - great look. And buy the smallest amount possible - I only used a shot glass for all my irons.
  12. That sure is nice of you pete  I also will be away from a computer at the same time . On my trip . Will you be moving back to Philly then ?? Oh I'll be in Savannah playing in a week long Ultimate Frisbee tournament. No wonder your golf game has been taking a beating lately . Always out doing other stuff instead or practicing 8O You are going to have to get your priorities straight young man  Ultimate Frisbee instead of golf   Hey Aaron Baddeley is a big time Ultimate enthusiast to so I am not in bad company. You are right... I usually am struggling to make it to the range once a week and never have time to use the putting rug. I definitly felt the results of this negligence this past weekend... my putter felt so foreign in my hands. But oddly the less I swing the better my ball striking gets... I think I tinker too much. Not sure what is involved in ultimate frisbee - but I am sure it helps your game - hand eye coordination. They say darts is also a good past time.

  15. Most important - what the hell goes in a Florida-tini ?
  16. Sorry changed no to now. It was tempting to play today - but my plan to blow out of work early was fouled, as my wife wanted to buy me lunch. I think I may give the NV one last chance in the driver. Also met a fine gent at the range and just e-mailed him the Tourspec pertinent info. - Hopefully he finds his way to the basement. I wouldn't call that fouled AK . You at least got a free meal out of it  NV again Eh :!: Pretty soon you won't be able to use any of those shafts as they will have been pulled way to many time's . Ah! Two low heat pulls each - no big deal. No such thing as a free lunch - especially when there is only one wage earner.

Can anyone give a thorough review of a "355" – also when is the black coming out?

  19. No I am not hitting it high now. Weird. Actually leaking right when I do try to launch it higher.
  20. Did you ever have one of those days at the range where everything just came together magically? I was ready to quit this game three years ago – took a little bit of a lay off then got into heavy last fall – and then last Sunday a guy tells me to shorten up my back swing to what felt like ¾’s. Well it works great. I hit like 300 balls today, only because I was striking my irons so well. It worked for my fairway wood also – Driver is slightly off – and the trajectory is now much lower than what I was doing before. :D

    Is that 58 or 64g. ? Price hurts :?
  22. pete - how often do you change your regular grips and what type of grip do you use ?
  23. it was a beautiful day out... but posting a snowman can make any day terrible. Oh yeah I love the Winn AK had on the shaft he sent me... to bad after one round it has holes through it! 8O I need to find something soft like a winn but more durible. Pete - keep in mind that the shaft was sitting in my basement for like 3-4 years. Try a harmony I like the taper - Winns will last a year if you have a good grip :D
  24. That's too bad - especially considering your local.
  25. Just an FYI Mike ... the water we fish is mostly catch and release - I do believe in select harvest- noting better in a pan or a smoker - but never in the freezer.
