But only two - never more. Then some good red wine - any baby your in business. ;silly Mumblers are a common evreyday type of drink - careful too many of those and you turn into a Rock Star ! I like the little pick up on the kids in the bag.

Well on my way back from a customer visit I stopped at a new place that is half way between home and work - joined for $1.50 more a month than what I paid previosuly - Place is twice as big as the previous joibnt and offers all the extra classes such as Joga Pillates at no additional charge. Had the satisfaction of stopping at the old pace and quiting.

iI am pissed off about my Gym, two weeks of complaining about the water in the shower being cold and this morning it was just luke warm again. I do not know what you guys pay - but this place is cheap at $20/month. I need to find something better - hopefully with a bunch of hardbody gals and Yummy Mummies.

My wife borrowed the Tae Bo tape and she said it was killer - maybe I will check it soem morning while she is sleeping.

I quit smoking before Thanksgiving (U.S.) and I gained about 12 pounds - its all in the habits you develop. So you will start to chew and still have a gut - don't do it. Just remember how f**king hard it was to quit chew.

I do not know how old you guys are - but I would advise you not to gain weight - it will come eventually - just get strong and stay strong. Pete - 20 pounds is allot - I hope you take mine I could afford to loose it.

Well guess where the second largest producer of hinges was - right across the street. The founder of the first company gave the second Company a machine to start - blew my mind. IMO I like both sites -but this one cracks me up and I get allot of good input and even made a couple of friends- we will see come next Tuesday- For a while I was concerned about getting banned from BSG now I could give a f**k !

Well in Chicago we are luck if they keep the grass tees open until November. Then your lucky if they open by May 1st. Good tip on the tees.
