thats interesting looking. i wouldnt mind seeing them make bags and accesories!! that and a hybrid club!!!!!
  14. i have both (balde and g-field) and the g-field is softer, but rolls the ball better.
  15. anybody??? or is a epon hybrid wishful thinking?? :tsg_smilie_smile:

well, the grinding is professionally done. carl is the guy who used to do the grinds for g-field. after moving from japan he came back to hawaii and opened his own shop. hes a really nice guy and does exceptional work!

hehe, its actually copper plated and the copper has tarnished a little. i stripped off the chemical purple that epon wedges normally come with. you can see a little rust on the grinded parts only. i dont think the copper plated areas will rust at all! definitely a great looking and feeling set of wedges!!

yes he has done a great job on them!! well the 52* has the heel grind and the trailing edge grind. my swing is kinda more of a sweeper styled and the trailing edge grind really helps me with that and also the heel just helps me open it up whenever needed also. the 58* has a channel style grind (p grind for titleist? or like a solus?) and a trailing edge grind along with relief in the heel and toe also. the channel helps with the versatilty of the wedge as it provides bounce when you need and when it isnt. the wedge sits wide open so easily now also. i havent had a lot of time with them yet so i havent really got to use them in many situations. hopefully soon!
  20. very nice stuff!!
  21. right here is the best place to get exactly what you're looking for! as for the premium zone #1, thats a great choice! those putters just roll the ball so well and the feel of the insert is amazing. if you want more of a solid no insert putter than the balde or the one will be great. either way they are all great putters!

thanks guys! :tsg_smilie_smile: Blader-X- i really am starting to like the g-field 3 wood alot more than any other woods i have tried. i find it really easy to hit around 225-245 very accurately off the tee! off the ground is also pretty good but my accuracy goes down. it isnt as easy to hit as my ts viq though. im not a very fast swinger but the pt-7 in stiff works great for me, i think i could do a little better with something a bit softer though. i also bought a g-field utility from chris before too but i didnt find it as easy to hit as my taylormade, and thats why i stuck with the tm. the shaft stiffness also played a factor with tthat decision, the GD ut-85 stiff in the hybrid was way too stiff for me. g-field makes such great stuff and cant wait till they have their retail drivers come out!!!
  23. those look awesome!! they couldnt change the ferrule to the silver one as well on the cr20 finished ones? still looks like the brown/gold ones. and those type x's with the gold is starting to grow on me!
