  7. 9.999/10 tourstage viq putter. model is the smaller rounder version, TF-3. the putter weighs in at 520 grams. item has been unwrapped and only putted with it on the carpet! 34" and comes with the headcover and the tourstage/golf pride grip. looks brand new and wouldnt be able to tell from a new one! its just been sitting in my back up bag. these sell for 185 plus about 25$ shipping from tsg. i just want my money back and will sell it for 160 shipped and paypaled. i need the money for another putter so no trades please. also shipping is for con us. shipping elsewhere will be a little more.
  8. i wouldnt mind trying the type x's but im not willing to buy another set as i am completely happy with the j's. the only thing is i struggle at times with the longer irons so i was possibly thinking a combo set with the type x's 4 and 5 irons while the type j's 6-pw. the 6-pw isnt going anywhere or for any other set, they are firmly in the bag! i still have to ask chris if i can buy single type x 4 and 5 irons. it might even be 3 and 4 irons type x's. i dunno, maybe he'll see this and answer it for me. :tsg_smilie_smile:
  9. plus1, hey you have the x's and the j's? what makes you play the x's (listed in witb) over the j's? is it just the forgiveness?
  10. :tsg_smilie_cool: will they have those special grinds? i cant wait to see them.

i love all kind of grips! i use both non-cord and cord grips. i tend to like the non cords on my woods. right now i am using a orange iomic grip for my driver, and for my 3 wood and hybrid is golf pride tour velvet. my irons have the stock cord technity grips, and i like them too much and wont change them till i have to. my wedges are split, one is a gauge design cord and the other is a gp tour velvet. and i also like the stock g-field putter grip and will not change that either, unless its to another color iomic putter grip. i used to have all winn grips and all lamkin grips before. i ditched winn because i sometimes unexpectedly have to play in wet conditions and the winns just all out sucks when they get even a little wet! i used to really like the lamkin dual denisty (green grips) alot, but didnt care for the grass green color. and yes color does matter!

great looking bag, especially the wedges!!!
  15. Plus1, hey i saw that lpgaprospect was selling hers on ebay a few weeks ago i think. you should try pm'ing her. her staring bid was only 300$ and nobody bid on it the first few times she listed it. i really dont know if she ended up selling it though. but if she still has it you could score a deal for the putter!!!!

yes the gft-sw is great!!! the guy who created them and grinded them to the way they are now opened a shop here in hawaii called par golf 72. he brings in all the g-field stuff. i brought all my clubs in to be adjusted by him. its great knowing the guy who designed my wedge actaully worked on my clubs! he even knows the guy who created the new epons. pretty cool!

i have yet to try it on a course, but my range sessions went pretty good. very solid wood with a very nice sound. face sits square and is rather easy to get off the ground. the head to me seems a bit on the heavier side. but the sound is what really makes it stand out, kinda similar to r7 steels, but better. the pt-7 is a great shaft for me with a good weight, i dont like 80+ gram shafts in any of my woods. all i got to say is the shaft is smooth. you wont be dissapointed if you ended up getting one. :tsg_smilie_cool:

well the armrq plays alot softer than what it says on the shaft, a stiff is more like a regular. even with that, and no tipping, the thing really has a good feeling to it, not as much kick as an axiv though. i do have to say the shaft is more towrds the whippy side and the b49 is really light. it really does perform well with a smooth swing and combined with the erc hot the thing went far! it just went way too high so thats why its no longer in the bag. but if i ever got a deal on a b62 in an x i think it would be great!!! even though i think x-flex armrq are a little harder to find. and i think the armrq shaft looks awesome! the weave on the lower part of the shaft is just so nice to look at! but if i had to chose between the two i would rather have my axiv.
  19. you mean these but with a different grind? ZODIA CHIBA
  20. i dont see pics of the face!? and when will this be available?
  21. im glad im not the only one! but i dont know if we will ever find out.......im not willing either, and plus it just looks nicer with the type-j there.
  22. i've had my type j's for a decent amount of time now, and i am still very pleased with them. however, i am beggining to wonder if i try to pry off the insert that says "technity type j" would it have the "techinca pro 1" engraved under it? i am definitely not going to do it but im curious!

does anybody else want one as much as i do! if they werent made with that plastic looking easy to scuff material, i would probrably have one already! :tsg_smilie_money3:
  24. hey does anybody have one or used one before? just curious on what it would be comparable to. i bought a head on ebay and im going to shaft it with an axiv and see what it can do.
