It seems these grips will get dirty just like Iomics. The problem stems from dirty bag bottoms and crap falling off your irons/wedges after hitting your shots. My solution with Iomics or tacky nice colored grips: 1) I always cleaneach of my clubs by scrubbing the dirt/grass stains off before inserting into my bag. 2) Another problem is that some golf bag bottoms have cheap black rubber than can cause black marks on your grips. The cheap solution to this is to stuff an old shirt at the bottom of the bag so once your clubs slide into the bag, then are sitting on the shirt/old rag. 3) If you dont want to do # 2 above, keep all grips are from the same company or similar. I just do # 1 & 3 and my Iomics are nice and clean.

There must be a new ViQ line for 08 as 07 is being cleared out.
  4. Someopme needs to buy the Roddio wedge shafts NOW! Hey T?
  5. I believe Axiv has 2 new ones out. Much lighter in weight
  6. Will this new milling canibalize the old Honeycombs? The honeycomb face is pretty good already
  7. Droopy. Try getting fit. I use a Accra/Axiv XT70 M4 and my SS is around 103mph I have a friend who swings around 110mph and is much bigger and stronger than me BUT he uses a XT60 M4. Go figure. He cant use my heavier shaft as his LM suffer with the heavier shaft. Different swing for different folks and different physiques mean more variables.
  8. Droopy, You may need a Regular flex Diamana. You should try to go get fit.

That depends. Some of the Come Come's I have seen are much nicer than Scotty Camerons..etc. Which one did you see? An older model perhaps?

Yes T, He is a Viq club Ho
  11. Jspec is pretty forgiving. V3 is good as well but more workable. I use it as it has low bounce. X Wedge I use for high bounce I have always used a 3 wedge system (50 G, 56 S, 60 L) if you dont include my 44 PW. I always use full shots on all my wedges as well. No problems so far but I may experiemnt with a 2 wedge system.

  14. I am using 4 wedges: 44*: JPX E500 50*: Fourteen MT28-JSpec 56*: Fourteen MT28-V3 60*: Tourstage 2007 X-Wedge
  15. How does this compare to the JPX?
  16. Hey S, The TS-201 is more forgiving than the J33. The TS-201 3 and 4 irons are among the easiest I have hit.
  17. J33 because of price. XB-CB2 becuase of looks and JDM.
  18. If you use a hybrid to chip onto the green, use a low lofted one (ie. 16-19 degrees) for those 20-30 feet away. You will be amazed.
  19. Nice bag T. Next time Im in T-dot, I should play a round with your bag. Woops I meant play around with you. Nice write-up and pics as usual.

How about longest STOCK driver and STOCK shaft from retail? =) Any driver custom fitted will be longer than stock.
  21. I hope those around the Hawaii area are ok. Big Island
  22. The 6W06 is stiffer tip and lower flight than 6X07.
  23. I would take any of the 3 mentioned drivers. But for now, the X Drive 460 is what I have been using. I dont have to think twice when tee'ing up. Any hot face with a custom fitted shaft can not be matched.
  24. $135 shipped CONUS/Canada. Very good to mint condtion. Stock DG S200 shaft with Iomic Baby Blue grip. Not used much as the 14 bounce is too much for my local courses.

They are actually the high-end TS line and competing with Mizuno's Majestic line. More show and more $.
