Miura 501 iron
I have a one extra item that I am not using so might as well sell it. For sale is a Miura 501 4 iron in basically new shape. Prefer to sell head only for shipping purposes but you can have shaft Project X 5.5 for free if you want it. $100 shipped seems like a great deal. Trade offers are always welcome but do not need much now. Thanks for looking. Doc

2011 OnOff Forged Iron Heads
2011 On Off forged iron heads, 4 through PW, in amazing, almost new shape. No dings of any kind, just a few scratches on the soles from hitting off the mats at the range. These are some of the softest, best feeling irons I have ever hit and forged by Epon. SOLD shipped. Of course I will consider trades. Thanks for looking.

Irons: bending 1* upright = 1/2" increased length?
Ha, we are kidding right? You install a shaft in a club and trim it to 36 inches (or any other length) it will always be 36 inches not matter how much you adjust the lie. The only way to increase or shorten a club is add an extension or cut the shaft off. Now, by adjusting the lie the handle may be closer or farther away from the ground because of angle but the shaft length is still the same.

Fubuki AX i425 Graphite Iron Shafts 5-PW
I have a one-time pull set of Fubuki AX i425 stiff flex graphite iron shafts that were in a set of RomaRo Ray H irons that I purchased from Potuna here online. As a club builder I added a 1/2 inch to each shaft as I think graphite iron shafts should play 1/2 inch longer, they came to me standard length. The 5i will play 38.5, 6i-38, 7i-37.5, 8i-37, 9i-36.5, and the pw will play 36. If you purchase the shafts and do not want the extra 1/2 inch I can easily remove it. Also, they are .355 taper tip. These shafts are in excellent condition and you can have them for $340.00 shipped (conus). The are very high-end graphite iron shafts and this is a great deal for these quality shafts. Trades? I do like to trade so make an offer. Thanks for looking.

BST Pricing and Deals
What timing this thread is. Potuna and I were just yesterday discussing the pricing on BST. So, as mentioned above, you buy a driver for $1000 and now are ready to sell it. How much? $900 maybe if you have only hit it a few times or had it a few weeks. But, what if you have had and played the driver for six months, a year, or like some equipment for sale, two, three, or four years. How much then? I know everyone wants to recover some of the money they spent for these wonderful, expensive clubs, but if you have used them a lot then you should expect to incur a loss. Potuna and I make deals all the time and sometimes he takes more of a loss that he was expecting and sometimes I take a loss. It all evens out in the long-run. (It is going to be a very loooong-run for us because Potuna has really been too generous and I have some really incredible clubs from him.) Oh well, I guess there is no exact way to price a club for sale on BST but we should be careful and realistic about the prices for our used equipment. Added later: I just saw some equipment being sold by Tae and he stated that he always sells his used clubs for 50% or less. He should get a gold medal for seller of the year!!!

Romaro Ray H Iron Review
How happy am I that Potuna did not want to keep his RomaRo Ray H irons, now I have them and love them. Incredible looking irons with great feel. I will keep these for a very long time. Thanks Pete................... Now, does anyone have a RomaRo driver they will trade for my Epon 101 IP black driver or any wedges? Doc

My new driver builds
I am so excited that maybe Potuna has finally found a driver he really likes in the Ryoma. It is probably the 10th driver I have built for him in the last year. :) He is looking for that one driver that hits it farther (further) than my driver-getting closer.

Driver shaft into 3wd......
Fujikura recommends no tip trimming before installing driver shaft into 3w. Just install driver shaft into 3w and butt trim to 43" (or whatever length 3w you like.)
