+1, I had the same feeling prior to reshafting as I was bit nervous to tinker with something sooo good, but the reshaft has really paid off for me. I'm certainly going to keep the Nippon for the remainder of the season, but I still want to try a heavier graphite in the off season to see how it goes. If the stock is working wonders for you keep her in there, but no worries on switching her out if you decide to go that route. I truly believe that this head is soo killer, that almost any shaft will perform well, just gotta find what works best for you personally. What a club!

+1, Agree with you 100% on all your findingds. :smile1: IMO the stock shaft was a bit light & soft & I found the trajectory was a smidge too high for my liking. I reshafted with a Nippon 950 & I'm loving it in every way. In just a few short weeks, it has become the 'go to' club in my bag for sure. Can't say enough good things about this hybrid!
  3. TSG, All I needed was a little sun to snap some decent pics! I will definitely keep everyone updated on how I get on with the NeO. I can tell you that I do much prefer the feel of 'The One', but I do enjoy the confidence the NeO inspires @ address. It's like I said, you truly feel as if you can't hit a bad putt with it. It is a bit tingy & obviously not as solid as 'The One', (if it were it would probably weigh 5 lbs. with an L5 Swingweight  :surprize: ) but I do love the overall weight of the NeO. It's back & thru & the ball just rolls beautifully. I especially feel great over longer putts while I still nedd a bit of time to get accustomed to those 3-4' sliders. I'll keep the info coming for sure. :smile1:
  4. Chris, What's another site I can use to post pics so all members can view?
  5. Yeah, it's listed in the TSG Catalog & Chris will get it for you no problem! I always walk so I've always had a stand bag & to me this is the tops. It has unbelievable pocket space as I honestly haven't had to use them all. Besides being the smoothest bag I've ever seen, :surprize: you can immediately tell it's well built. It stands upright on its own without having to use the stand. (even in fairways) No swaying to one side or the other or any of that mess. Also, it's a nice carry. Not the lightest bag I've ever had, but by no means heavy either. The straps are super soft & I truly can't say enough about it. It is soooooo pretty, that's reason enough to pick one up.
  6. I know we've seen some of these before, but here are some pics of the putters @ address. :surprize:   Pretty crazy to me & definitely took about an hour or so on the putting green to get a good feel for the overall size of the NeO. Definitely polar opposite of the feel/feedback of 'The One' but the NeO just rolls the ball awesome & has a sweet spot the size of the entire face! If GD could make the NeO feel like 'The One' it would be over for all other manufacturers, no lie! I'm going to give it a run for 18 on Monday & I'll report back. Enjoy the pics. Ofcourse I removed the fill on the NeO, but the sun wasn't cooperating so I'll take more pics tomorrow.
  7. +1, Have you checked out the site yet? The putter with the American Flag & the other with the circled #14 are/were mine. Great work they did on those!
  8. So does putterplating.com have a laser engraver? who is doing the work? I still did not hear back in terms of the laser engraver, but looking at my putters, I believ it has to be. I'll drop Kev @ putterplating an email again to get the full scoop.
  9. Go with the the Silver, it's even sicker in person!   The JPX has a perfect flight for me with the M75. Mid/high which is just what I like. It was windy here yesterday & I was able to hit some low bullets into the wind which was nice also. :smile2: The more I hit it, the more I like it.
  10. +1, Got the bag from the man himself! Right there in the TSG Catalog for sure!
  11. PA, pics sent!
  12. Chris, Looks like the NC-1's are taking on all comers & sitting them right back down! Looks like you have found the perfect set for your game. Do you believe at all that the X-Blade 2 cb's even have a shot to knock them out?
  13. Wait until you see the pics of the JPX in the album I just sent you. I guarantee Chris will be getting that order asap!
  14. No matter how much I'm lovin the JPX @ present, the X-ST is calling to me quite LOUDLY! :fever:
  15. +1, Haven't hit the ViQ so I know I'm missing out on how sick that club is & feels. (so I can't offer up any info on the comparison in that regard) IMO, the Srixon most certainly offers more feel/feedback than the R7, which is interesting as it is 20cc's larger. I hit the nonconforming version & it definitely responded with a sound & feel with which I was unaccustomed, but I liked it. :smile2: I really only noticed moderate gains in overall distance but I did enjoy the way the ball seemed to trampoline off the face. (don't know if the conforming will react the same) :  Found it to be extremely forgiving with a sweetspot that almost seems endless. +1, reshaft the ViQ (as that baby is killer) with something a bit more suited for your swing & save that extra cash for your books for next trimester.
  16. PA, First off, they are sooooo soft it is virtually indescribable! The spin generated due to the bottom 5 milled grooves is truly unmatched. They offer superior control on half/punch shots as well as shots around the green. I just feel I can hit boat loads of shots with them & I persoanlly agree with +1 completely / the grind is perfect. Dave
  17. PA, Sometimes pics don't come up for me if I've been surfing the site for a bit. Click on the home page icon & give it another go, it may just work for you. I had wanted the Srixon 505 about a month ago & had spoken to Chris about it, but with a custom face angle & shaft, delivery was at least a months time. I figured I would make do for the time being until I was able to hit my buddy's / which I have done & I'm sold. Unfortunately, the season is coming to an end here in NY & we probably have a few weeks or so until it gets too cold  for the nice sticks, so I figured I'd order it after I sell some extras. (10.5* with M65 for sure) My winter Driver is a 9.5* 460cc Adams Redline with YS6+ that honestly launches missles. I just can't stand how it sounds or feels or it might be in the bag for real. I'll just throw that in there until the 505 claims it's spot in the bag! The only clubs that are safe in there are the JPX & the GAS1 Forged Wedges. :surprize: And the bag as well cause it's just sick!
  18. Not yet Chris! Still waiting on the Driver, The NeO & the iron Shoot-out to determine who's in the bag. I had my buddy's 505 in play for a few rounds & it was amazing. He actaully stole it back last evening prior to me snapping pics. :wah: The actual Adidas Bag is my favorite piece of equipment by far. (thanks for the advice on that as well) I play 13 clubs when the driver's in there & they fit perfectly. There is no wrestling match going on to get them in & out of the bag whatsoever. (I love the putter pit) You can honestly feel the bags quality when you pick it up & set it down. The legs are crazy sturdy/solid & it can stand on its own very well too (like a larger cart bag) The attention to detail & extras on the bag are sick. They really left no stone unturned when they created this one. A real winner imo & I highly recommend.
  19. Chris, I think the pics are up correctly. Yoda & Luke lended a hand & we got it done! Thanks for your help too.
  20. Alright, I hope this works! This is the bag as of 10/28/05. It will be altered as early as tomorrow! :surprize:   All paintfill removed, all the time! :smile2: :spit: :smile1: NC-1's / 1150 Tours GAS1 Forged / 5.5 Spinners Mizzy JPX 15* / M75 / face .5* closed if at all PRGR 320CX 20* / Nippon 950 / face 1* closed for sure 'The One' / soon 'NeO BlaDE' The pics of the mizzy & hybrid appear to be more hook biased than they really are. The JPX could even be square, while the 320cx is definitely closed a bit.
  21. I understamd completely where you're coming from. It's more than fair to say that you can't go wrong either you choose.  :gauge:
  22. Sorry about that double post! :punch:
  23. +1, So does that mean the MB2's were tops in the Gauge Iron Shoot-Out!
  24. Ari, If you can replicate the GAS1 Forged with 1018, count me in for a 53* & 58* cause I know they would be sick! Dave
  25. Plus 1, just been out in the park hitting a few. The 1150 really kicks. Gotta say the rifles now seem a bit boardy. This hasn't really worried me in the past. Just hit em hard. The problem is with the rifle shafts around the green. You can't hit a chip hard. Mate, I get the feeling it would be easier to shape the Nippon. The rifles do go very straight, however they are very difficult to shape. Just initial thoughts  PA, Think your initial findings are spot on! I was a px/rifle guy & the 1150's offer so much more for my game. Like you stated, working the ball is much less difficult now, while the overall feel & feedback the 1150's provide is unmatched imo. As +1 stated, I have picked up extra yards as well. Killer shafts for sure!
