  1. Got mine yesterday! Awesome clubs and awesome service. Looking forward to the weekend!!
  2. My order is in!!!! Extremely excited!!! These look beautiful. I'm all about good looking clubs!!!
  3. I was planning on putting black fill in the TP logo and now I know what it is going to look like. THey look perfect now. How do you take the crome off?
  4. I had the same issue when I was buying my R7's, face progression means that they measure from the center of the shaft to the leading edge of the shaft. Therefore the shorter irons which have less offset will have a higher measured number than a 2 iron which is closer to the center of the shaft. The offsets for standard R7 and R7 Forged are very similar.
  5. Okay, I may be the first to hang up the Forged irons. I have mp-32's on the way and possibly a set of mp 67's. I tried them out at a golfsmith and loved the 67's. I found the 32's used but in like new condition for a great price. I used to own the 32's but now i think my swing has gotten tight enough to try them again. The 67's just feel awesome, the weight is more behind the ball and you can tell the ball is going forward and not up. who knows maybe once I have all three the R7's may stay in. I finally have a full bag of TM stuff and now I want to switch it up, AHHHHHHHH
  6. I keep reading that the MP-32's are a players cavity back disguised in a blade. Is this right?
  7. How are the matte black doing? How is the wear? Do you have pics??
  8. Is the black flat finish very durable? Is it ilike the nickel plating? Or will it wear off like the Black Pearl on the Cleveland CG10's
  9. The last Titleist bag looks like it is going to transform into a giant robot and destroy something, awesome!!!!
  10. I've tried the Candy Proto/F7-M and Altus. Thinking about the TP-7X and or TP-7 but cost is keeping me away. Altus is an unbelievable shaft. The transfer of energy is unlike any other shaft I have tried. You really see the benefit when you make a smooth swing, slow back and then increase acceleration on the way down. Jerking it in the transition is right death. Otherwise hang on and watch the ball launch like a missle. Even though it is a high launch low spin shaft, I have my driver set to low w/ 12, 1, 1, 12 setup. Its windy around here in FL so I don't want to balloon. I also love the feel at impact of having the weights up front. I tried with the weights in the back and I don't like the feel and sound.
  11. It's hilarious to see how much we know more about golf clubs than a lot of these repair guys and mom/pop places or even national chains. When I had mine reshafted the guy at my local edwin watts did not know what it was but by the time I was picking them up he had ordered himself his own set, I think I even told him to order from Tourspec. Another guy at a different place I had reshaft my driver with an Altus and he had no clue what kind of shaft that was. How can these guys be in business and not know all there is to know about all the different equipment out there? Both are good at what they do but I guess they just don't visit the forum boards like they should to keep their customers informed of all the latest and greatest. It would help them generate so much more business too. Since it is a hobby for me I'm totally into it but if it was a job I'm sure it would be different.
  12. Awesome clubs, I'm not thinking of every switching these out.......unless they come out with a black version I just bought my set from Tourspec, but it came with the NSPro's since they were out of stock of the x100's. I switched them out and put x100's in and my game has just gotten better. I bought the 2 iron and now it is my favorite club on short and tight par 4's or for second shots on par 5's. The feel is beyond the R7Tp's which I also had for about a month before deciding to stick with the forged. Forgiving as much as any other club I have tried and as long as the longest clubs I've tried. A truly beautiful set of clubs that I just do not understand why they don't release it in the US but for me it is good that they don't. I like the looks on the cart guy's face when he sees these and dosen't know what to make of it.
  13. Ahh, you have a lime colored shaft of your own!! Very nice bag, I love the look of the TM old school staff bag, I don't have enough game to carry one of those around. Really like the look of the wedge, thinking about changing mine to TM after I wear mine down.
  14. I see you are a TM man too!! Lime and black are awesome, it gets a lot of attention especially when I bomb one off the 1st tee.
  15. Thanks!! I have two bostons, one 3 years old and the one in the pic is 1 years old. They are the best!!!
