What's in the Bag?

  1. I've just snapped my Diamana kai'li 60 'x' at the range on Tuesday night, so I'm on the look out for a new shaft for my Yamaha. I fancy trying something different, so do any of you know what other shafts are out there with a similar profile to the Kai'li, to be played at 45" or maybe less. I don't mind the price brand new (I'll buy it used anyway!), so fire away with any suggestions for Quadra/Crazy etc. It needs to have a soft feel to it but also keep the left side out of play as much as possible. Here's what I've tried before, but bear in mind that except the top 3 (Cobra Amp Cell Pro), all the others were attached to different heads: Attas3 7x - ball flight too high but great feel. Could go left. GD DI 7x - ball flight a little lower than the Attas but with less feel. Went left on occasion. Diamana + 'D' series x 70 - great ball flight, lower than the 2 above but with even less feel. Struggled to go left. Diamana Kai'li 60 x - Great ball flight with feel on par with the GD DI. Went left on occasion. Crazy TJ46 (6.9 I think?) - Low ball flight with not much feel. Didn't go left. Diamana X 60 s - Good ball flight with feel on par with the + 'D' series. Went left on occasion. Thanks, Ian.
